Salad with caviar

It is unlikely that there is at least one person who has never tasted caviar ... let not the most expensive - not necessarily red or black ... Caviar is a sign of abundance, the wealth of your home. Therefore, various dishes with caviar are most often prepared for large holidays, especially for the New Year. As a rule, caviar dishes are cold snacks, sandwiches and salads. We want to give you a few recipes of salads with caviar. The first of these is a salad with caviar in the usual performance.

For its preparation you will need to buy the following products:

3 eggs, crab sticks - 400 grams, 250 grams of hard cheese, mayonnaise, preferably light, a can of red caviar and a can of black caviar.

Prepare a salad with caviar as follows. Eggs boil, finely chopped. In the same way, cut crab sticks, grate cheese on a small grater, add black caviar and red caviar. All this is mixed, we fill the salad with caviar with mayonnaise. We spread on lavash, cut into slices. Possible and this option: wrap the salad in crab sticks, cut and serve as sushi - it's beautiful and exquisite. Salad with caviar can also be applied to tartlets.

If you have a certain variety of caviar, then you need to look for recipes specifically for this variety. We give an example of a recipe for salad with pollock roe.

This salad is prepared from the following products:

One jar of pollack roe, 6 eggs, mayonnaise, 2 cloves of garlic. You will also need dill and a little parsley.

Salad with caviar pollock is prepared as follows. Eggs cook hard-boiled, cut along into 2 parts, squirrels lay out on a dish. Yolks must be grinded and mixed with pollock roe. The amount of yolks and caviar should be equal. Add there garlic, dill and mayonnaise. If the caviar is salty, then you do not need to salt it. Stir it thoroughly and place in the proteins that you previously left on the dish. Dill and parsley are used as decorations.

The third salad we want to show you is a salad with capelin caviar. If the previous two were fairly simple to perform, then this one is more complicated. By the way, the salad is called Turtle.

For the preparation of "Turtles" with caviar of capelin you will need:

180 grams of capelin roe, a packet of rice, 3 hard boiled eggs, 2 large onions, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 100 grams of salmon - preferably not very salty, 2 teaspoons of sugar. To decorate this original salad you will need olives and one banana. How to prepare salad with caviar?

First of all, cut the onion, marinate it in a special marinade, prepared independently: mix vinegar with 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Solim and pepper the resulting mixture to taste. Leave to marinate for an hour.

At this time, cook rice, we cool it. Do not use warm or, worse, hot rice for cooking - this will lead to a quick deterioration of the salad. Cook the eggs, cool. Eggs finely chopped, mixed with rice. There we add capelin caviar. We remove the onion from the marinade and add it to the mixture. It remains to put the contents in a deep oval dish - find something similar in shape to the tortoise shell.

Tamp the contents. After that carefully turn our shell on diarrhea and take off the dish. We decorate with a salmon and olives a shell. To do this, you need to make small rolls of salmon and carefully insert them into the shell. Olives lay between the rolls. Olives must first be cut in half. From a banana we make a head for our turtle. To banana is not black, you can sprinkle it with lemon juice. The first half of the banana is the head, and the second half is allowed on the feet.

The eyes of the turtle can be made from eggs or from cloves. Mouth and nose are cut with a knife. If you come up with a more original piece of jewelry, then go for it!
