Salad with pickled mushrooms and other mushroom salads

Salad with salted mushrooms is a very popular salad, which is appropriate both on the festive table and as an everyday dish. Salted mushrooms combine well with their taste qualities with many products, the unique aroma of mushrooms gives a special zest to any salad. To make a salad with salted mushrooms tasty, you need to rinse the mushrooms very well, and if necessary, boil them to remove excess salt. There are many recipes for salads, which use salted mushrooms as an ingredient. Salad with salted mushrooms is prepared with the addition of a variety of dressings. It can be mayonnaise, vegetable oil, vinegar, lemon juice, spices, salt.

A layered salad with mushrooms is no less delicious than traditional, in the case when the ingredients are mixed. For example, salad with salted mushrooms, boiled eggs, chicken and lecho, layered, has an original taste and is easy to prepare. To make it, you need one can of salted or pickled mushrooms, lecho, four eggs, two hundred grams of mayonnaise and one smoked chicken breast. At the same chicken and pepper are cut into pieces, eggs are rubbed on a large grater. All products are laid out in a salad bowl, with each layer smeared with mayonnaise. On top of the salad can be decorated with mushroom caps.

Delicious salads with mushrooms are obtained with the addition of rice, and in this combination can be prepared as a layered salad with mushrooms, and mix all the ingredients, which is no less delicious. Rice is a very useful cereal, and in combination with nutritious mushrooms, herbs and vegetables, you get just a storehouse of nutrients and vitamins. The simplest salad with mushrooms and rice is when mushrooms fried in sunflower oil are mixed with onions with boiled rice in a 5: 1 ratio, then sprinkled with lemon juice. Decorate on top of this salad can be slices of tomatoes. Salad with mushrooms and rice, laid in layers, more difficult to prepare, consists of more ingredients and is better suited for a festive table. As such a festive dish, you can offer a layered salad that has an amazingly delicate taste, which is prepared as follows:

  • 1 layer: one hundred grams of boiled rice mixed with a small amount of low-fat mayonnaise;
  • 2 layer: finely chopped 200 grams of crab sticks;
  • 3 layer: chopped small fresh cucumber;
  • 4 layer: two boiled eggs, finely chopped and mixed with one tablespoon of mayonnaise;
  • 5 layer: another small fresh cucumber cut into slices;
  • 6 layer: boiled mushrooms, mixed with medium, grated on a large grater of boiled carrots, seasoned with a tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Such a mushroom salad is sprinkled with finely chopped greens from above and we wish a pleasant appetite to the guests.

Today, rice noodles are becoming very popular, which are quickly cooked and have a gentle, almost airy taste. As a salad ingredient such pasta is used in combination with olives, fresh peppers, tomatoes and fried champignons. To fill this salad is recommended olive oil with the addition of various spices for salads, and decorate with finely chopped greens.

Different recipes of salads with mushrooms differ in ingredients, way of cooking, but one thing is certain - they are not only useful dishes, but also incredibly tasty, able to decorate any table!
