Kulebyaki's Recipe for All Cases of Life

In general, the filling depends on your imagination. Preparing kulebyaki is an interesting process, as a result, you can please yourself and your loved ones with a delicious pie. You are given several recipes, depending on the filling and the way of preparation. You just need to choose the recipe for kulebyaki and start cooking.

Recipe kulebyaki with cabbage and egg

Ingredients: half a kilogram of flour, a glass of warm milk, 4 fresh eggs, 3 eggs boiled in a steep, a kilogram of fresh cabbage, 50 g of butter, 3 tables. Spoons of vegetable oil, 6 g of dry yeast, 3 table. Tablespoons of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons. Tablespoons of salt.

Cooking method:

We sift the flour through a sieve, after which we mix it with dry yeast. Then whisk 3 eggs with 3 tablespoons of sugar, add to flour and pour warm milk. Thoroughly mix. Butter, melt, give it a little cool, and then add it to the dough, salt and mix. The dough is covered with a linen towel, after which we put it in a warm place. When the dough is increased 2 times, it needs to be kneaded and let a little more stand. Then proceed to the preparation of the filling. Finely chop the fresh cabbage, salt and fry in a pan. Boiled eggs finely chopped and mixed with cabbage.

The dough is again kneaded and the part is put off to decorate the kulebyaki. Roll the remaining dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about a centimeter. Fill the filling in the center of the flat cake and tightly grasp the edges of the dough. Turn the oven on and while it is warming up, grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, and then lay the kulebyaka suture down. From the test, which was put off for decorations, we make flagella, which decorate kulebyaka. After that, we grease it with a fresh egg, whipped with a whisk. Leave the kulebyaka for 15 minutes, then stab it with a knife.

We put Kulebyak in the oven and bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 45 minutes. When kulebyaka is ready, it will need to be laid out and covered for 15-20 minutes with a towel.

The recipe for kulebyaki with minced meat

Ingredients: half a kilo of flour, 700 g of minced meat, 2 eggs, 30 g of margarine, 15 g of yeast, 200 g of water, chayne. A spoonful of sugar, 5 grams of salt.

Cooking method:

In the flour add sugar, salt, egg and yeast diluted in warm water. We mix everything thoroughly. Melt the margarine and also add it to the dough. Mesim until a homogeneous mass is obtained. After that, we put the dough in a warm place to make it fit. When the dough is suitable, it needs to be crushed and left for a while.

After that, the dough is rolled out with a rolling pin so that the width is 20 cm, and the thickness is about a centimeter. We lay out the minced meat in the middle and clamp the edges. Then we put the kulebyak on the greased with a sunflower oil baking tray with a seam down. We leave kulebyaka for 15 minutes, then grease it with beaten egg, pierce with a knife in several places and put it in the oven. We bake at a temperature of 200 degrees. Kulebyaka with minced meat is ready.

Recipe for poultry with rice and salmon

Ingredients: 500 grams of salmon fillet, 75 grams of long grain rice, 500 g of puff pastry, egg, 400 grams of tomato, onion, parsley, grated zest and lemon juice, 80 g of butter, black pepper, salt.

Cooking method:

Rice boil in salted water for 14 minutes. In a saucepan, melt 80 gr. Butter and add finely chopped onions. Fry until the onion is soft. We add finely chopped tomatoes. After 15 minutes, mix rice with onions and tomatoes. Then you need to pepper and salt. Add the crushed boiled salmon fillet, finely chopped parsley, lemon zest and juice. Use a rolling pin to roll out the puff pastry (about 430 grams) into a rectangle measuring 28 by 40 centimeters. In the middle part of the rectangle we spread out the filling, leaving about 7 cm from the edge. We grease the edges with a beaten egg, then bend them. In the upper part we make decorative cuts. From the remaining test we make strips, which we weave in the form of a braid and lay out on kulebyaka. Lubricate the whipped egg whisk. After that, put the kulebyak on a baking sheet and place in a heated oven. We bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
