Vegetable casseroles in the multivarquet: methods of preparation

A delicious and aromatic vegetable casserole can cook every housewife. This dish is made quickly and without any effort, besides, any products are suitable for it, since it is universal and quite variable. Principles of baking

Multivarka in this case is used for extinguishing vegetables, and for baking delicacies, in order to avoid excess dirty dishes. The ingredients that are included in the dish are: one large clove of garlic, 200 grams of regular cheese, tomatoes and bell pepper, two small zucchini, onion, two tablespoons of sour cream, 120 ml of cream, salt and Provence herbs.

To make a vegetable casserole with cheese in a multivarquet , it turns out delicate and delicious, we clean all the ingredients from the peel, including tomatoes. Tomatoes and pepper are cut into cubes and sent to the cup "miracle stove", the bottom of which is smeared with butter or vegetable oil. Sour and bake for about 20 minutes. We take the components in equal quantities - 200 grams each. The list includes mushrooms, peas, corn, kohlrabi, broccoli, celery, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, onions. For pouring, you need a glass of milk, 2 eggs and a few spices. Vegetable casseroles in the multivark are obtained fragrant, if you add a little greens: dill, parsley, cilantro or basil. The dish is very full. Vegetable pudding with minced meat in a multivariate turns out so appetizing, as if it was cooked in a real Russian oven. The recipe usually includes such ingredients: 600 grams of minced meat, 500 grams of frozen broccoli, one piece of yellow and red peppers, two squashes, carrots, greens to taste, two tomatoes, three slices of a loaf, 50 grams of milk and one egg. Carrot and zucchini crushed on a large grater, strips cut into peppers. Fry all the vegetables in a frying pan.

Tomatoes are peeled and cut into cubes. We cut the greens. Broccoli is cooked for 15 minutes in salted water and thrown into a colander. Forcemeat we knead well with our hands and mix with spices and a loaf pre-soaked in milk. In the bowl lay out layers: half of stuffing, fried vegetables, broccoli and leftovers of meat mass.
