We will need: a cup (120 grams) of rice noodles, half a kilo of shrimp, boiled and peeled, half a kilo of peeled, basil leaves, rice vinegar, leek, sugar, salt, jalapeno pepper (you can replace it if you do not).

  1. To make a salad with mango and shrimp, put a pot of water on the fire and boil it.

Salad with mango and avocado

This exotic dish is beautiful and tasty at the same time. A crunchy salad leaves, combined with the sweetness of mango, light onion and creamy avocado fruit, create a truly wonderful bouquet.

We need: one mango and avocado, one onion (preferably a red onion), half lime juice (usually replaced with lemon), green salad leaves, a couple olive oil spoons, a mixture of peppers and salt, according to personal preferences.
