Protein diet is the pledge of a good figure

A beautiful figure is the dream of each of us. Probably, many have tried a myriad of diets and a lot of methods of losing weight. Not all restrictions are for the body without pain. One of the soft options for stabilizing weight is the protein diet.

Often, in order to satisfy the feeling of hunger, we eat a huge amount of food that we would never have consumed when we were full. Combine in this unthinkable combination of products, while eating more and 1.5 - 2 times more than the body needs for saturation. We most often eat food with digestible carbohydrates, the results of which quickly leave an imprint on our figure.

Protein diet is called, if not to exclude our bad habits to overeat, then at least reduce them to a minimum. It is aimed at burning fatty tissue of the body by consuming protein foods. In this case, the principle works: the more proteins we absorb, the more intensive is the consumption of body reserves from fatty deposits. The splitting of proteins consumes a significant amount of energy, because in eating we have sharply limited the amount of fats and carbohydrates consumed. For the body, there is nothing else to do but use the reserves of fatty tissue. Protein diet just provides such a metabolism.

This diet assumes the correct distribution of food at certain intervals. It is worth considering the individual capabilities of the body.

Protein diet is designed for a decade. Therefore, it is better to choose days between holidays, when temptations can be reduced to a minimum. When to drink protein is most appropriate? Preferably in the cold season, when the body needs a nourishing food to support all life processes. In the summer, you always want a light meal: we are more active at this time, which in itself already stimulates weight correction.

Choosing the days between the holidays, when taking the protein most reasonably, it is worth considering that after the end of the diet, the use of carbohydrates and fats should take place with a gradual increase in their percentage, that is, in a sparing regimen. This period of adaptation will be about 10 more days.

Protein diet, like many others, involves the exclusion or drastic restriction of a group of products. Therefore, its frequent and prolonged use can lead to negative consequences. There are a number of conditions when the protein diet is a contraindication: cancer, pregnancy and lactation, recovery period after illness, age under 14 years, persons, and it is undesirable for people doing hard physical work.

Protein diet obliges to observe the following requirements:

  • The amount of daily consumed liquid should be at least 2-2.5 liters (this includes tea, coffee without sweeteners);
  • Recommended fractional meals: the number of meals should be 4-5 times a day;
  • No later than 3 hours before bedtime should be the last meal;
  • As a sauce for dishes can only be vegetable oil;
  • Products better cook in a gentle mode (quenching, steaming).

At the same time during the diet of the diet excluded the following products: dairy products, cereals and flour products, sugar and fruit, alcohol, canned and pickled dishes. In the diet must be present: meat (pork, beef, rabbit), any poultry, river and sea fish, eggs (not more than 5 pieces per week), vegetables with a low content of starchy substances (cabbage, cucumbers), mushrooms. You can drink herbal teas and fees, tea, coffee.

Protein diet allows you to lose up to 5 kilograms for 10 days, but more often than once in 2-3 months it should not be used.
