For the best result, it is necessary to divide the daily ration into small portions so that food intake occurs every 3 hours. The maximum interval should not exceed 4.5 hours, except for sleep.

Such a diet has a significant effect on metabolism, that is, the chemical transformations that occur in the body from the time food is ingested before the end products are released from the body into the environment. Fractional nutrition accelerates these chemical processes. This leads to more intensive absorption of nutrients. The body gets used to the fact that the food arrives constantly and on time, and ceases to make reserves - to postpone fat. Flour and sweet are reduced to a minimum. Weight loss in this case is more significant.

There is no restriction on the time of eating, it does not matter how many times you have dinner, have breakfast or have dinner.
