The damage to peanuts can be noted in certain specific cases. For example, it refers to food-allergens, so you need to be careful when using it. Typical features of allergies to it are: itching, swelling of the mouth and larynx, rashes on the skin and pains in the stomach. Another danger is considered to be high calorie, which often becomes the cause of excess weight. To use peanuts, the harm and benefit of which depend on the number and individual characteristics of the organism, is very cautious.

A normal person can consume no more than 150-200 grams of nuts per day. If this rate is exceeded, after a couple of hours, intestinal swelling may begin. And because of the large amount of protein they contain, stomach pain can be felt. This will be a clear sign of overeating and the inability of the body to digest such a quantity of peanuts. For better digestion, it is necessary to divide this volume of the product into two meals, otherwise your body will not be able to absorb a large amount of peanuts.

There is also a certain time when nutritionists recommend using peanuts - morning. At this time it will have a positive impact on your energy level, however this should not be earlier than 9 am. Before that, it is worth eating an apple, a banana or some other fruit, and it is not recommended to mix nuts with other foods that contain protein. If you have already eaten seeds or walnuts since morning, then peanuts will be superfluous. Such combinations are allowed at lunchtime. After six in the evening, peanuts are strictly prohibited. It turns out that if you follow such simple recommendations, then this food product will only benefit.

Peanuts are recommended to be consumed exclusively in dried form, as in fried can contain a large number of toxins. When buying dry peanuts, you must carefully look at the nuts. It is important to buy a fresh product in which there is no mold or insects. It is best to choose a product without a husk, this is best seen the presence of mold or fungus. Be careful - and then everything will be in order.
