The diet can be called ordinary, as it is based on the replacement of fatty foods with protein. Therefore, almost everything can adhere to it. Naturally, one should forget about flour products, sharply limit the consumption of salt and sugar, as well as carbonated drinks and alcohol. The Swedish diet "7 days" will help get rid of 3 to 5 kilograms of excess weight, which will not return exactly. Swedish diet: the menu

So, the daily weekly menu of this system will be offered below.

The first day

Dinner: you can eat boiled potatoes (no more than 3 pieces) + cooked beets.

Second day

Breakfast is the same as the first day.

Supper: white cabbage (no more than 200 grams) + 2 eggs + glass (small) milk.

Day Three

Breakfast: a little cheese (gram 60), a piece of black bread + a glass of milk.

Lunch: fried chicken (no more than 300 grams) + vegetable salad (from raw vegetables) + a glass of juice (for example, apple).

Day four

For breakfast, you can drink a glass of juice (preferably apple) and eat croutons (maximum - two pieces).

At lunch allowed buckwheat porridge (not more than 100 grams) with a piece of boiled meat, added to the diet and fruits - 200 grams (apples / oranges).

For dinner, you should eat rice and a salad of tomatoes, which should be seasoned with vegetable oil + a glass of kefir.

Day five

Breakfast: one orange.

Lunch: boiled potatoes with a meat chop (do not overdo it with salt!) + A cup of green tea (naturally, without sugar);

Dinner: strawberries (no more than 150 grams) + any fruit + a glass of juice (all the same, apple).

Day six : the menu is exactly the same as the first day.

Day 7 (the final day of the diet)

For breakfast it is allowed to drink a glass of milk and eat rice (up to 150 grams).

For lunch, boiled fish is allowed (not more than 200 grams) with boiled potatoes + apple / orange to choose from + juice (better to drink orange).

For dinner, cook a small chop and vegetable salad (as always, only from raw vegetables).

The Swedish diet, reviews of which are very easy to find on the Internet, is not designed for starvation, but, on the contrary, for a fairly intense consumption of food. This is why many athletes adhere to this diet for a fairly long period of time.
