Diet for cystitis: what you need to know

An impetus to the development of cystitis can serve as hypothermia, as well as the use of a large number of acute or salty foods. The main task in this disease is not only an early cure of the patient, but also a prevention of the development of chronic cystitis. You should not treat acute cystitis yourself: in many cases, this disease requires the appointment of antibiotics. In the early days of the disease, bed rest is shown. The patient usually recovers after 5-10 days, but the diet for cystitis, especially acute, should be observed for at least 2-3 weeks - even after the disappearance of the symptoms of the disease.
