This recipe is for 6 people. Ingredients:

Potatoes - 1.2 kg;

Minced meat - 450 g;

Onion - a pair of pieces;

Broth - half a liter;

Tomatoes - 3 pieces;

Cheese - 160 g;

Garlic - 3-4 wedges;

salt.

First you need to take the onion and cut it, then fry lightly in a pan and add to it minced meat. Add salt and fry for a few minutes. Now take the form for baking and butter it evenly with oil. After that, cut the potatoes and mix with the chopped garlic. Then we spread half the whole amount of potatoes on the baking tray, on top of minced meat, after which the remaining potatoes. Fill all the broth and sprinkle with seasonings, pepper, salt. Bake for about 42 minutes at 195 degrees. Then take it out of the oven and put the cut tomatoes in rings on top, then put it back in the oven for 12 minutes. Potatoes baked with minced meat are ready!

Stuffed potatoes stuffing

Products for cooking:

Potatoes - 1-2 kg;

Garlic - 1 head;

Sour cream - 200 g;

Forcemeat - 0.6 kg;

Onion - a pair of pieces;

Cheese - 70 g;

Seasoning, salt.

To begin with, my potatoes, we clean and cut out the middle in it. Now proceed to the preparation of the filling. To do this, add minced garlic, onion, pepper, seasonings, salt and mix well. Ingredients for cooking:

Initially, you need to wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into slices. Cheese grate. Onions are also rinsed and diced. Now mix the minced meat with onions, add seasonings and salt to taste. The prepared forcemeat must be divided into three equal parts. The first part is laid out on a greased baking sheet, then the potatoes, on top of the potatoes lay out another third of the stuffing and again the potatoes. Above the third part of the stuffing. Now separately dilute the tomato paste with water or broth and fill it with minced meat. Sprinkle all the cheese and put in the oven for half an hour at 190 degrees.

Potatoes - 8-9 pieces;

Onions - a few pieces;

Pickled mushrooms - 350 g;

Broth - 200 g;

For the anchala it is necessary to peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Mince the fry in a pan and add salt, spices. Now fry chopped finely onions. Marinated mushrooms drained and rinsed under cold water. After this, we lubricate the form with oil and spread the products on it. First half the potatoes, then sprinkle with a little salt. On top lay out the minced meat, which should also sprinkle a little seasoning. Now evenly lay out the toasted onion, then the mushrooms and the remaining potatoes on top. Then again, add salt and pour broth. Top with small cubes of butter. Further all this is covered with foil and placed in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour. Foil is necessary to ensure that the potatoes are not dry from above. After half an hour you need to pour a potato mixture of sour cream and broth. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Then put another 17 minutes in the oven, reducing the fire.
