How to cook soup with meatballs

Soup with meatballs can be prepared in the following way. 300 grams of minced meat (you can take from any kind of meat) is mixed with grated bulb, raw egg, a handful of rice cereal. In addition, this method of cooking allows you to save much more useful to humans nutrients and is suitable even for children's menus. For this, minced meat (300 grams) is mixed with half a cup of rice pre-soaked for several hours. In the mixture is added egg, salt to taste. From the received mass medium sized balls are made, which are laid out in a bowl and prepared in a special mode (about half an hour). Ready-made meatballs can be served with a side dish or added to cooked chicken broth, which is added to the boiled and cut into egg circles.
