The soup with pork ribs is brewed very quickly: literally forty-five minutes, and the delicious dish is ready! The meat turns tender and melting in the mouth. Soup with pork ribs: recipe main

It is said that this dish came to us from Chinese cuisine. But such a simple food could come up with a cook of a different nationality.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of pork ribs,

We chop finely pork ribs, we wash them in running water. In a small pot we put ribs and cover with water. We bring it to the boiling point. In the meantime, we clean, mine and cut into large cubes potatoes. In the broth remove the foam and cook on a small fire for about thirty minutes (it is not recommended to digest: meat can become stiffer). Then add the sliced potatoes and continue to cook for another fifteen minutes. In the Chinese recipe, at the end of the cooking, you need to add glutamate (half a small spoon), but it's an amateur. You can sprinkle a mixture of peppers, and when serving on the table - chopped finely greens.

With mushrooms and vegetables

Such a soup of pork ribs is also prepared quickly - nothing complicated!

Ingredients:

  • Pork ribs - 0.5 kg;
  • Two medium bulbs;
  • One Bulgarian pepper;
  • Mushrooms - 200 grams (mushrooms are suitable for this recipe, but you can put oyster mushrooms and mushrooms, fresh or dried);
  • Several tomatoes;
  • Four medium-sized potatoes;
  • salt;
  • Pepper;
  • Greens for decoration.

To properly prepare soup from pork ribs, you need to clean and wash vegetables, cut them not too finely. Ribs also cut into small pieces and fry over high heat quickly in a pan (in Chinese). Vegetables (except potatoes) and mushrooms are fried with meat - literally a few minutes on very high heat. We separately soak the potatoes in water so that the starch leaves. Fresh tomatoes are boiled with boiling water, peeled, grinded and fried separately in a frying pan in lean oil. All the ingredients are poured into a saucepan, covered with water and cook for about fifteen minutes, stirring. In the end, add chopped greens.

  • Onion head,

Soaked in advance, peas cook an hour and a half (so that it is cooked). In a separate saucepan cook the smoked pork ribs and cut potatoes (15 minutes). Carrots and onions are fried in lean oil. All the ingredients are combined in one bowl and cook for fifteen minutes. Solim, pepper, taste it. Before serving sprinkle with chopped herbs. Soup should be a consistency of liquid mashed potatoes.
