Onion soup: tender, spicy ... different

Straight into the saucepan neatly pour grated cheese and, stirring, give a boil. Unlike other recipes, cheese should have a sweetish flavor. Onion soup for weight loss

Onion, cabbage (head of medium size), Bulgarian pepper (green), 3 tomatoes, 4 celery stalks, dill put in a saucepan with cool water and as soon as possible bring to a strong boil. In a quarter of an hour, the fire is removed and the vegetables are pressed to softness. Soup can be filled with low-fat yogurt, blend.

Onion soup with tomato

In the pot put sliced potatoes and chopped cabbage. There also spread onion with smoked meat, diluted with broth. Salt and pepper to taste, pour a spicy tomato sauce or ketchup. Cook for 40 minutes on medium heat, then add grape vinegar to taste (lemon food acid, lemon, etc.), languish over low heat for an hour and a half. If the soup becomes too thick, you can add more water.

Onion soup with pumpkin

Pumpkin, sliced, languishes in a saucepan. When it is half ready, add the onion to it and stew until it is completely transparent. Transfer into a saucepan, pour milk in half with water, boil over low heat for 40 minutes. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon, rosemary. Give to boil for 5 more minutes, then blend. To such a soup you can serve a baked pumpkin in the oven.

Soup with leek

Cut the leeks into thin rings. It will take two large stalks. Finely chopped large carrots to put out on vegetable oil for 10 minutes. In a saucepan, cook sliced potatoes with thin slices, and when there is little left, add leeks, carrots, chopped parsley, salt, cumin, pepper (to taste). Allow to boil for another 10 minutes. You can serve on the table with croutons, sour cream, yogurt or cheese.

There is another way of making this soup:

Carrots, bell pepper, white root (parsnip) are sliced to full softness with olive oil. Then put the vegetables in a saucepan, add chopped leeks, lemon, spices. Cook for a long time, until the onion is softened. The soup is blended, and before serving it is filled with yoghurt or sour cream with garlic.
