Recipe oyster mushrooms and other original dishes

Oyster mushroom grows not only in nature. Mostly it is cultivated at home and on special farms. Thanks to this, it has become an affordable product that is used to create many dishes. Each hostess has in stock some original recipe. Oyster mushrooms can be marinated, salted, boiled, stewed or fried.

Here is one simple recipe. Oyster mushrooms should be washed and divided into small pieces. Next, you need to take a green onion and cut it into small rings. The garlic clove needs to be cleaned and finely chopped. We put a frying pan on the fire and pour the vegetable oil. Fry the garlic until it becomes transparent. Add mushrooms to it and let them fry so that their color becomes golden. Then add the onions, salt and peppers to them and fry for about five minutes. "Frishkeze" with the addition of Provencal herbs spread on the surface of the fungi. Reduce the heat and wait until it melts. You can cover the frying pan with a lid. Before serving, the dish should be sprinkled with chopped green onions.

Oyster mushrooms are often used in various salads. Here is one simple recipe. Oyster mushrooms boil (10-15 minutes), and then let them cool. We cut mushrooms in small pieces or plates. Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes. Tomatoes are mine and also cut into small pieces. The apple is peeled and cut into plates. All the ingredients are laid out in layers in a salad bowl, each of which must be greased with mayonnaise or sour cream.

From these mushrooms you can cook delicious caviar. This is a fairly easy recipe. Oyster mushrooms should be grinded on a meat grinder and stewed in a frying pan for about an hour. You can add a little water. Onions must be finely chopped and fried until golden in any oil. Then add the onion to the mushrooms and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season the caviar with salt and pepper to taste.

Oyster mushrooms do not contain toxins and therefore the dishes in which they are used are prepared quickly. They make a quick and tasty soup. We cut the oyster mushrooms in medium pieces and stew with the addition of vegetable or butter (for your taste) for several minutes. Then add them chopped onions and chopped carrots and fry for 5 more minutes. We put into the pan stewed vegetables and potatoes cut into cubes. Then add the water and cook until done. Salt and pepper to taste.

Oyster mushrooms can also be salted. We offer a very good recipe. Oyster mussels are salted coldly. To do this, take only the hats of mushrooms. Put them in a bowl, pouring the rows with salt. You can add the leaves of oak or cherry for the fragrance. From above it is necessary to put oppression. As the salting in the pan will decrease the volume. Salt 4-5 days at room temperature, and then cleaned in the cold. Ready mushrooms will be in a month.

Here is another very delicious recipe. Marinated oyster mushrooms are perfect for harvesting for the winter. To do this, cut mushrooms into small pieces and cook for 5-10 minutes. For the marinade, take 400 ml of water and add there onion and spices (several laurel leaves, bell pepper, salt). Then pour into a saucepan 70 ml of vinegar. We lower the oyster mushrooms for three minutes in the marinade and boil. We lay out on the banks and fill them with marinade. Store in a cool place. Proportions are taken from the calculation for one kilogram of mushrooms. This is not a time-consuming recipe. Marinated oyster mushrooms can be served with dishes from potatoes, rice and as a snack.
