Fish dishes have long been present in the diet of man. They are very tasty and useful. A lot of cooking recipes from fish are present in the kitchens of almost all countries of the world. It is salted, marinated, boiled and fried, baked and even eaten raw.

The methods of preparing river or sea fish are very similar. Although for one species or another always have their own characteristics and little tricks of cooking.

Baked crucian in the oven - a fish delicacy. Prepare them in many ways. The recipe for baked crucian in mayonnaise is the most affordable and simple of them.

For cooking fish food will require:

  • Carp of medium size;
  • olive oil;
  • 1 egg;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Several branches of rosemary;
  • salt.

Baked carp in mayonnaise - an unusual dish. But it should be taken into account the fact that the river fish has a specific smell of mud. Therefore, it is thoroughly cleaned and washed. Finished carcases are salted and covered from all sides with olive oil. Baked carp in the oven will be soft if they soak well. To do this, they are kept in oil for 30 minutes. Now the fish can be sent to the oven. Cover for making crucian carpets is covered with parchment paper. On it we spread prepared carcasses. In order for the dish to be fragrant, we put the fish on the sprigs of rosemary. Everything is ready - put the baking sheet in the oven. Baked crucian in the oven is cooked at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. At this temperature the fish will be ready in 30 minutes. Do not raise the degrees in the oven. This will not speed up the cooking process. Increasing the temperature will cause the baked crucian in the oven to burn or dry. At the end of cooking, about ten minutes before the end of baking, the carcasses are covered with a mass of hammered eggs and mayonnaise. For the remaining ten minutes, the fish is well saturated with sauce, while gaining a great taste. Baked carp in the oven have a ruddy brown. This dish looks pretty appetizing.

If the fish are small, it's easiest to fry them in a frying pan. But if the carcasses are large enough, then it's worth tinkering and preparing them differently. For example, baked crucian in the oven with vegetables is a perfect recipe. To prepare this dish you will need:

  • 3 medium sized crucian carps;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • A glass of sour cream;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • Bulgarian pepper;
  • Fresh greens of dill;
  • Spices;
  • salt.

Preparation of the dish begins with the cutting of crucian carp. Gutted fish are cleaned and remove fins, head and tail. Particularly carefully processed inside the carcases. Baked crucian in the oven are cooked in foil along with potatoes. First we'll prepare the fish. Let's skip the garlic through the garlick, or rub it on a small grater. The resulting mass of rubbed crucian carp and leave them for twenty minutes.

While the fish insists, chop the finely Bulgarian pepper. We cook potatoes. Peeled tubers are cut into strips or small cubes, salted and peppered. Prepared vegetable cuts are mixed with sour cream. Now back to the carp. They are well impregnated with garlic sauce and are ready for the next stage of preparation for baking.

Before you send it to the oven, we add salt to the fish and stuff it with finely chopped greens. In the abdomen of each crucian we place butter. Potatoes, peppers and fish carefully put on foil, in which they will be baked in the oven. Form the bundle put on a baking sheet and place in a preheated to 150 degrees Celsius oven. After 30 minutes, the fish dish will be ready.
