Chicken fillet - meat is ambiguous. On the one hand, it is very useful and literally stuffed with proteins, on the other hand - it does not taste very good in the sense that it turns out to be rather dry. Even in a roasted aromatic chicken fillet - not the most desired and tasty morsel. And even about the boiled breast and do not have to say. It's good for salads. In its pure form, many people eat it with great reluctance and in case of emergency.

Nevertheless, there are many ways to make the fillet more juicy and attractive in terms of taste. For what it is enough just to marinate. For example, in soy sauce. Moreover, this method involves a rather quick preparation. That is, you do not have to bother with the oven, everything can be done on the stove. And we want to offer you several options for cooking such a dish and tell you how the chicken fillet is cooked in soy sauce in a frying pan. Recipes suggested below are fairly simple and do not require the presence of a special set of ingredients. But first - a few words about the sauce.

A favorite of Asian cuisine

Possessing a slightly salty and slightly sharp taste, the sauce is capable of doing wonders. In Asian cuisine, it is used for cooking a huge number of dishes. While our culinary experts sometimes underestimate it. While, let's say, even the same chicken fillet in soy sauce, cooked in a frying pan, is surprisingly tender and juicy. As you know, it is not at all characteristic of this meat.

The easiest way

This recipe, according to which chicken fillet is cooked in soy sauce in a frying pan, can be called unconditionally the easiest. The set of ingredients in this case is minimal, as well as the actual cooking time itself. To implement it in life, you need only half a kilogram (if you have a large frying pan, you can take more) chicken fillet, four tablespoons of soy sauce, the same amount of vegetable oil and a pinch of black pepper. Here, even salt is not needed, since the sauce is already fully saturated with it.

What should be done?

Cut the meat very thinly, with long strips. Pour into the meat soy sauce + vegetable oil, then pepper and mix thoroughly. Leave in this form to marinate. It is desirable for half an hour, but if you are in a hurry, it will be enough for 15 minutes. Then fry in oil and enough fire, stirring constantly. If the meat turned out a lot, then fry the chicken fillet in soy sauce in a pan better portions. So that it only closes the bottom of the dishes, and not lay layers. This will not take much time, as four minutes will be enough to prepare one serving. As a garnish for it fried cauliflower fits perfectly. But in principle, you can get by with mashed potatoes or vegetable salad. All the same, you will get a very tasty dish.

We complicate the recipe

Prepare chicken in soy sauce in a frying pan, of course, and in other ways. Moreover, having tried to implement all the options we proposed, you will understand that dry white meat can be, it turns out, very tasty and juicy. But back to our recipe. So, we are preparing. We cut the fillet of the fillet in the same way as in the previous case, thin slices. Lay the meat in a bowl, pour in four tablespoons of sauce, mix and leave to marinate. Ten minutes will be enough. Then pour into the meat three tablespoons of starch, stir. Fry chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan, over a large fire and vegetable oil, adding a few slices of chopped garlic (the amount we take to taste). After five minutes, you need to pour half a glass of chicken broth, after which you must keep the pan on fire until the dish thickens. Before serving, it is recommended to sprinkle with sesame meat, which must be preliminarily fried.

Fillet with soy sauce and honey

We offer one more, this time a very peculiar recipe for chicken fillet in soy sauce. In this case, among the ingredients will be honey. Quite a strange combination of ingredients nevertheless gives an opportunity to get a dish that has a surprisingly exquisite taste. What should be done? Mix the tablespoon of honey and dry wine (white), and then add to them three of the same spoons of soy sauce. One kilogram of chicken fillet is cut arbitrarily, but not very large, mixed with the resulting mixture, and then sent to a frying pan with red-hot vegetable oil. Fry on very high heat, stirring constantly.

Let's replace honey with oranges

With two oranges you need to peel, then cut them into pieces, pour half a glass of water in a saucepan, put on a small fire. Once boil, add a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Cook, stirring frequently, for five minutes, no more. Five or six chopped garlic cloves mixed with two tablespoons of mustard and four soy sauce. All this is sent to the oranges after they have cooled down. Chicken fillet (grams seven hundred) cut arbitrarily and put into a frying pan. Add the vegetable oil and pour in the resulting orange-soy mixture. Extinguish forty minutes under the lid, then fry without it for about seven minutes on a large fire. Serve with rice.

How to cook chicken fillet in soy sauce in a skillet, on skewers

Four chicken breasts need to be cut along to pieces about a centimeter wide and a half. Then mix five tablespoons of sauce with lemon juice and vegetable oil (the last two ingredients will be needed on a tablespoon). Pour into the resulting mixture of five crushed garlic cloves, pour it all into the meat, stir. Leave for an hour to marinate. Then put the meat on the skewers and twist it so that the result is a spiral. Then put the meat in the frying pan with the preheated vegetable oil, fry it from two sides over a large fire (three minutes on each side). Close the lid and hold on for medium heat for another five minutes.

Cooked in this way, chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan (the photo above shows it vividly) turns out to be very beautiful. When serving a dish, you can additionally sprinkle with fried sesame seeds, and use rice and vegetables as a side dish.
