Cold boiled pork is a very popular dish in Moldovan, Russian and Ukrainian cuisines. It's pork (less often other meat), which is baked in one big piece. After the time is over, open the lid to allow the cold boiled pork to cool off a little.

Cold boiled pork in a multivark, it turns out very juicy, gentle, soft and appetizing. Its advantage is that it can be consumed both cold and hot.

How to cook cold-boiled pork in a microwave oven?

To make such a hearty and delicious dish, take a half kilogram of pork tenderloin. This piece of meat thoroughly rinse, and then dry with a napkin.

Peel one medium-sized carrot and cut it into strips or half-rings. Then cut into slices two large cloves of garlic.

The boiled pork in the microwave is prepared for 40-45 minutes, and the meat should be periodically turned over.

Willingness of the boiled pork can be checked as follows: make an incision in the meat and press it. Meat is ready if the flowing juice is of transparent color.

You remove the prepared boiled pork, put it in a bowl, let the meat cool down.

How to cook cold-boiled pork on the sleeve for baking?

Take for this 700-800 grams of one piece of pork, two or three cloves of garlic, one liter of water, two bay leaves, two or three teaspoons of salt, spices and black pepper to your liking.

Bring the water to a boil, salt, pepper, add bay leaf and spices. Stir well.

Water completely cool and put meat into it. Cover with a film and put in the refrigerator for at least three hours, or it can be overnight.

Now take out the meat, dry it, lightly salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices. Make incisions and peep with garlic. Next, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Pork place in a sleeve, designed for baking, and on top put laurel leaves from the marinade. Close the sleeve, make it 3 or 4 holes.

Bake in a well-heated oven for about an hour. After an hour, cut off the top of the sleeve, so that your boiled pork will brown.

Serve hot or cold.

And now advice: To bake baked ham, take the back, the neck, the raw ham, and the cue ball, but it can come out dry. Do not forget that the meat should be streaked and fat.
