Pork dishes differ in their variety. This type of meat can be prepared in various ways. Adding various ingredients to the meat, you can achieve the most incredible taste sensations. But the taste of the dish depends not only on the products used. The process of preparation is also important. Pork in a multivariate or oven differs in taste.

Recently it has become very popular to use a multivark. It allows you to cook for a couple, stew and bake. Pork in the multivariate is prepared very simply. We cut pork into small pieces and add salt and any spices to it. Next, you need to peel onions, bell peppers and carrots. We cut them with arbitrary pieces. Vegetables are also sprinkled with salt and pepper. Then we pour a little oil into the multivark. We put into it the prepared ingredients. You can lay out layers, alternating vegetables and meat, and you can mix everything and send it to the multivark.

Next, turn on the baking mode for 20 minutes. Then add if necessary salt and turn on in the same mode for another 20 minutes. When the ready signal sounds, the pork in the multivarquet is ready.

Cooking in the multivarque is very fast and easy. Here's another recipe. We take pork and cut it into medium cubes. We clean and cut the onion and mix it with meat. We send them to prepare in a multivark, having put out the extinguishing regime for two hours. At this time, you need to wash and cut the mushrooms. If they are not large, then you can prepare them whole. Twenty minutes from the beginning of the cooking, we add mushrooms and spices to the multivark to taste, and after an hour from the beginning we add the sauce. Do it as follows. Mix sour cream, tomato paste and flour. Pour the sauce into the multivark, and wait for the dish to be ready. Everything is fast and simple. Pork in the multivariate turns tender and juicy.

Just like in the multivark, pork in the microwave is prepared very quickly. This method of cooking is suitable, when there is no time to create culinary masterpieces, but want to build something tasty. To prepare this dish, we need about a kilogram of pork ribs. We prepare them, mine and cut them with the necessary pieces. Next, you need to prepare the main sauce. Take soy sauce (100 ml), about two tablespoons of sugar, cloves and cinnamon. We mix everything and put it into the microwave, turned on at full power, to warm up for one minute. Then put the ribs in this sauce and send it back to the oven, put up to full capacity. After five minutes, we reduce the power to an average level and leave to prepare for another 30 minutes. Then turn the ribs and cook another 12 minutes. The liquid formed during preparation, merge and add into it two tablespoons of corn flour. Warm this mixture in the microwave for two minutes at maximum power. Then water it with pork ribs and serve it on the table.

Of course, cooking the meat in the old familiar way in the oven takes a little longer. But, nevertheless, the dishes from this are not less tasty. This is how pork is prepared in the sleeve. The recipe is very simple and mouth-watering. Take a piece of pork, mine under running water and dry it with a paper towel. Then you need to stuff it with garlic and sweet pepper. To do this, we make a few punctures in the meat and put there pieces of garlic and a pea of pepper. Separately we make sauce. Mix 50 ml of soy sauce, a tablespoon of dry mustard, a teaspoon of sugar, salt and any pepper. We take the sleeve for baking in the oven and lay out the stuffed pork there. We tie it from one side and water the meat with the prepared sauce. We tie up the sleeve and send the pork to prepare for the wind box. The cooking time is approximately one hour. During this time, periodically turn the sleeve around so that the sauce permeates the piece evenly. Having got out of the oven, cut the meat into small pieces and pour the remaining juice. Serve with vegetables and garnish.

Pork in a multivariate, microwave or oven is gentle and delicious.
