Mushrooms in the multivark: simple recipes

In addition, the products will preserve vitamins and trace elements. This means that the dishes will not only be surprisingly tasty and appetizing, but also very useful. This article describes in detail how to cook delicious mushrooms in a multivariate. The recipes given here are simple.

Stewed champignons in sour cream

For 2 servings, take:

  • 0.5 kg of champignons (fresh, not dried);
  • One large onion;
  • 3 tbsp. L. Sour cream (any fat content);
  • A couple of tarragon leaves;
  • Bay leaf;
  • Conventional or iodized salt;
  • Pepper black (ground).

Cooking process:

1. Rinse the champignons with water and clean them. Cut into medium sized pieces, and then lay out on the bottom of the bowl multivark. We pour a little water. Select the "Quenching" mode and set the timer for 40-45 minutes.

2. After the specified time, add the sour cream, pieces of onion and finely chopped greens to the mushrooms. At this stage, salt and pepper are allowed. We find the "Baking" mode and set the timer for 25-30 minutes. Mushrooms in the multivark should be left for a few minutes under the lid, and only then served to the table. Have a nice appetite!

Potatoes with mushrooms in the multivark

If you want to make an appetizing and satisfying dish, then this option is perfect for you. To prepare potatoes with mushrooms in a multivark, you must use the following products:

  • 300 g of mushrooms (sweet, champignons or chanterelles);
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes;
  • 1 tbsp. L. Creamy (soft) oil;
  • Milk (any fat content);
  • Half a cup of water;
  • 1 tbsp. L. Flour (best of all grade);
  • Laurel leaves;
  • Pepper (ground);
  • salt.

Cooking process:

We peel the potatoes, and then cut it into cubes. We begin to clean mushrooms and onions. Then cut them. At the bottom of the slightly heated multivarka we put oil. In it we add pieces of onions, which will be fried for 15 minutes in the "Baking" mode. Now mushrooms and potatoes are put into the bowl. We add half a cup of water. All these ingredients are thoroughly mixed with a special spatula. There we send milk mixed with flour. You can add salt, bay leaf and favorite spices. Set the "Quenching" mode. After 45 minutes, the potatoes and mushrooms in the multivarquet will be ready. Before serving, decorate the dish with herbs (cilantro, parsley or dill).

Mushrooms with meat in a multivariate

Necessary ingredients:

  • 350-400 g of mushrooms (chanterelles or champignons);
  • 500-600 grams of meat (preferably beef);
  • One carrot;
  • Two medium bulbs;
  • Vegetable (unrefined) oil.

Cooking method

We wash the meat, cut it and put it into the multivark. We will fry it in the "Baking" mode. We also add mushrooms, grated carrots and chopped onions. All these ingredients must be roasted for at least 20 minutes by opening the lid. As soon as you notice that the amount of mushroom juice has decreased, you can salt and pepper the dish. Close the lid, select the "Quenching" program and set the timer for 1.5-2 hours.
