Error 629. What is the reason?

Arriving home in the evening and wanting to relax at the computer, you turn it on and select the icon "Connect to the Internet" in the desktop panel. Then enter the username and password in the window that appears, click "Connect". The sign "Checking user name and password" hangs very long this time. Then it disappears, but instead of it a window appears with the inscription "Error 629. The connection was broken". What kind of animal is this? That's how many will think.
