Preparing such dandies at home is not at all difficult. It takes 1 cabbage, 400 grams of minced meat (it's better to take a mixture of beef and pork), ¾ cup of rice, 4 onions, salt, greens, peppers and tomato paste.

Do stuffed cabbage with meat and rice should be so:

1. Cooking stuffing.

1.1. Cook until half cooked rice.

1.2. Cut a pair of bulbs with small cubes.

1.3. Carrot grind the grater.

1.4. Combine meat, salt, carrot, onion, rice and pepper together. Stir well to get the most homogeneous mass.

2. Preparation of cabbage.

This way of cooking this delicious dish is not the only one. It is possible to make cabbage rolls in the oven easily and with less labor. In principle, these are the same appetizing envelopes with meat, but cooked somewhat differently. Formed billets should be simply placed neatly on a tray with a thick bottom, sprinkled with seasonings and herbs, and then poured with sauce from sour cream or mayonnaise. And in just an hour you will be happy to enjoy the fragrant doves. This method is much simpler than the previous one. Do not follow the boiling broth. Yes, and put in a bowl plates with a spatula from the baking tray is much more convenient than using a spoon from a deep saucepan.

The dish is very tasty and will appeal to anyone. But we all cook cabbage rolls in different ways. Someone uses cabbage instead of white cabbage. It is easier to wrap minced meat. And the preparation of leaves takes less time. Some choose beet leaves as the basis for the envelopes. And in the East they make a dish called dolma. These are the same cabbage rolls, only wrapped in leaves of grapes. And if you have absolutely no time, but really want to eat delicious, then you can just make lazy cabbage rolls. For this you need:

1. In a saucepan, lightly fry the onions.

2. Without interrupting the process, add grated carrots.

3. There also put the stuffing and mix well.

4. Pour the tomato sauce into the boiling mixture and cover up the chopped cabbage.

5. Then add a little water, cover and cook until half cooked.

6. In the fragrant mixture, fill in the boiled rice, mix, leave in this position for 3-5 minutes.

7. Now you can turn off the fire, cover and let stand a little. To the table such dandies should be served hot with sour cream.
