1. Cooking stuffing.
1.1. Cook until half cooked rice.
1.2. Cut a pair of bulbs with small cubes.
1.3. Carrot grind the grater.
1.4. Combine meat, salt, carrot, onion, rice and pepper together. Stir well to get the most homogeneous mass.
2. Preparation of cabbage.
2.1. Heading should be lowered into a container of boiling water and hold it there for 3-4 minutes. After that, the leaves can be freely separated from the base.

3. Forming the workpiece.

2. Without interrupting the process, add grated carrots.

4. Pour the tomato sauce into the boiling mixture and cover up the chopped cabbage.
5. Then add a little water, cover and cook until half cooked.
6. In the fragrant mixture, fill in the boiled rice, mix, leave in this position for 3-5 minutes.
7. Now you can turn off the fire, cover and let stand a little. To the table such dandies should be served hot with sour cream.
