For a large portion for the whole family you will need:

  • Slightly more than 1 kg of fresh zucchini, it is better to find young vegetables, they will be juicier;
  • 400 gr. Minced meat, you can take beef or a mixture of pork and beef;
  • 3 medium sized bulbs;
  • 7-8 pcs. Ripe tomatoes;
  • 2-3 tbsp. L. Natural tomato paste;
  • 4 eggs;
  • Half a glass of sour cream;
  • 100 gr. Cheese (if desired, this ingredient is not mandatory);
  • Vegetable oil and a little salt and pepper.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan until it is clear, add the mince and tomato paste, cook for no more than five minutes. Then grate zucchini on a grater, salt, place in a bowl or a deep plate. They should stand up a little. Slice the tomatoes in circles and whisk the eggs with sour cream. Casserole from zucchini with minced meat and tomatoes is laid in a form carefully oiled with layers. First, the first half of the mass of zucchini. Then forcemeat. After that, lay out the remaining zucchini. The last layer is tomatoes. All this must be poured with a mixture of eggs and sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese if desired and send for half an hour or 40 minutes (at 180 degrees). For her, take:

  • 5-6 medium potato tubers or 100 gr. Dry mashed potatoes, which can simply be diluted with water;
  • 1 vegetable marrow weighing about 700 g;
  • 0.5 kg of minced meat to your liking;
  • 100 gr. Any hard cheese;
  • Vegetable oil, spices of your choice, as well as salt and a little pepper;
  • About 50-60 gr. (A quarter of a pack) of butter.

Boil the potatoes and make a mashed potatoes. You can also use dry flakes of potatoes, which must be brewed with boiling water as indicated on the packet, add butter to it. Fry the mince in a frying pan. It should be completely ready (that is, you may need 10-15 minutes). Salt it and sprinkle with black pepper. Squash should be grated and also seasoned with salt, then put in a frying pan and fry until soft. Next, shape the oil and layer the layers with our ingredients. First the potatoes, after the zucchini, then the mince, finish with a layer of grated cheese. Since all the ingredients are ready, in this case, the grilled zucchini with minced meat is done very quickly, you will have enough and ten minutes - the cheese should be melted and get a golden color.
