Most of us have an airy sweet cream associated with a holiday cake. Meanwhile, the cream is a completely independent dessert. Moreover, such a dish can be not only an addition to a sweet table, but also an alternative to traditional cakes and cakes.

Curd cream: recipe

You will need:

  • 200 ml cream 25% fat (suitable and butter) ;
  • 400 grams of cottage cheese;
  • Sugar (100 grams);
  • 4 egg yolks;
  • vanillin;
  • Nuts, berries or raisins (to taste).

First mix vanillin with sugar and yolks. The mixture must be mixed thoroughly. Then whip the cream. Next, you need to wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve and combine it with the yolk mass. Add raisins or nuts to the mixture, depending on what you have chosen. It can be prunes and dried apricots, as well as any berries or even cinnamon with cocoa. Mix everything thoroughly with a blender.

Curd cream, the recipe of which, as you can see, is quite simple, can also be used as an interlayer for a cake. As a dessert, it is served in a serving keram.

Layered curd cream: recipe

To prepare you will need:

  • Cottage cheese (400 grams);
  • 2 eggs;
  • Any jam (2 items of a spoon);
  • Sugar (100 grams);
  • Lemon liqueur (2 tablespoons) or half a lemon;
  • Cocoa powder (1 tablespoon);
  • Salt (pinch).

It is necessary to wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, whip the egg with salt and sugar with a mixer. Then gently mix the beaten eggs with cottage cheese and divide the resulting mixture into 3 identical parts. Add one of them cocoa, the other - lemon liqueur or chopped zest, in the third - jam.

The finished cream is spread in the creamer layers. The bottom layer, as a rule, with jam, the middle - lemon, well and the top - with cocoa. This dessert should be prepared immediately before serving.

Cottage cheese cream with condensed milk: recipe

Cottage cheese, as is known, is a dietary and very useful product, and in infant food it is simply irreplaceable. If your baby refuses cottage cheese or dairy products, prepare a sweet cream with condensed milk, this dessert will certainly be to his liking.

You will need:

  • Butter (200 grams);
  • Half-can of condensed milk;
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese.

The oil should be softened (but not melted), beat it with a mixer and condensed milk. Add the cottage cheese and mix again. The cream is ready, it is put into kremanki and placed in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. This cream can also be used to make a cake or as stuffing for tubes.

Curd cream with cream: recipe

Well, this dessert can not be called a holiday. Nevertheless, it is easy to prepare. Try to cook it for a friendly party or for a small buffet table.

You will need:

  • A glass of cream (fat content not less than 25%);
  • Cottage cheese (200 grams);
  • 2 sweet oranges;
  • Condensed milk (1 tablespoon);
  • Sugar (2 tablespoons).

Peeled orange slices should be sprinkled with sugar. In the meantime, whip the cream. Condensed milk mixed with cottage cheese and add the resulting mass of orange slices. Then pour all the cream. The cream is ready. It is laid out in kremanki and decorated with circles of orange.

You can add in the curd mousse and gelatin, enough 4 grams. In this case, the taste of the cream will be slightly different. Gelatin is pre-soaked in water and dissolved, constantly stirring, on low heat. Then combine with cottage cheese. Cream in this case, the cream is watered when it starts to solidify.

Dessert, like the previous one, before serving, it is desirable to cool down.
