Deliciously bake chicken in the sleeve

Chicken, soaked in the aroma of prunes, will not leave indifferent meat gourmets. To make it, you will need:

  • Chicken or chicken breasts weighing about 1 kg;
  • About 300 grams of prunes;
  • Onion head;
  • Average carrot;
  • Apple (sour sort is preferable);
  • Spices and salt.

Prepare the chicken: rinse, lightly dry. You can bake the whole chicken or chop it into pieces. Mix salt, oil, pepper, squeeze the garlic, using a special press. The resulting mixture of chunks of chicken or carcass whole. Peel potatoes and cut them large. Fill it with mayonnaise, salt (if necessary), mix. In it, add a couple of crushed garlic cloves.
