How to Cook Spaghetti Carbonara - Method 1

Slice thin strips of bacon. Fry together with garlic chopped strips of bacon to transparency, add vegetable oil. Next, add prepared, after cooking, spaghetti, warm the fire, stir.

Mix egg yolks with cheese and butter. Add the cream to the mixture again. The density of the sauce is controlled by the addition of water left after cooking spaghetti.

In a mixture of fried strips of bacon and spaghetti, pour the cooked sauce and mix immediately, until the eggs are clotted. It is necessary to control the temperature of the mixture of fried strips of bacon and spaghetti before adding the sauce.

If the temperature is too high, you should wait for some cooling of the mixture. It should not be too high, which helps to coagulate the eggs in the sauce.
