Atlantic salmon, or simply salmon, from the earliest days was considered an exquisite delicacy that only rich people could afford. Today, salmon is rightly called the king-fish among his fellow men. It is no accident that no big feast can go without a salmon dish on the table. I usually prefer to bake the fish fillets in the oven.

If you want to know how to bake salmon in the oven, then in this article I'll describe everything in detail. Salmon is especially delicious when baked in an oven with vegetables. And I assure you that your guests will appreciate this delicious dish, and your efforts to prepare it.

To prepare 4 servings of baked fish fillets in the oven, we will need: 4 salmon steaks, 300 grams of champignons, 3 carrots, 1 lemon, 3 onions, salt, pepper and lean oil.

We take salmon and cut it with rings, each steak should have a thickness of at least 2 centimeters. Because the thicker the steaks, the more juicy the dish.

Then, after washing all the pieces of salmon under cold water, we remove moisture from the surface of the fish with paper towels. Some of the abdominal parts are removed, but you can leave. Why throw away the most delicious? Salt the salmon and for a while we put it aside.

After this, proceed to prepare the vegetable filling. We cut the onion with thin rings, then we clean the carrot and shred it with a thin straw.

Now we'll rinse and clean the mushrooms. At the same time, we do not allow fungi to stay in the water for a long time, since they are able to quickly absorb moisture. Further mushrooms cut into large plates.

After that, we heat the frying pan on fire and pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil, in which we begin to fry onions. As soon as the onion softens and becomes transparent, here we add our carrots. Literally a couple of minutes fry it over medium heat. But in the end we already put mushrooms. Champignons will release the juice, and we wait until it evaporates. Solim, pepper. Do not overcook the vegetables and mushrooms: in the future we will put them together with the fish to bake in the oven.

Thus, we have prepared all the necessary vegetables and fish fillets. In the oven by the time we put the salmon stove with vegetables, the temperature should reach 180 degrees. Now we leave on the home stretch. We begin the process of wrapping fish in foil. Each square of foil with a brush is abundantly greased with vegetable (olive) oil, we put a piece of fillet on it, directly on top of it we place on a pair of spoons of mushrooms and fried vegetables. We turn the foil so that we have neat little pieces. But the upper part of them slightly we admit that the valuable fish juice does not escape from the foil.

We put all the pieces of paper on a sheet of baking sheet. The fish fillet in the oven is usually baked for 15-20 minutes. It is important that we do not overdo the fish. When the crampons are inflated, this will signal that the fish is cooked.

Serve hot, with slices of sliced lemon. You can serve salmon fillets to the table right in the foil pockets. In this case, the dish will be hot longer. And when we open the top of the cat, the fish can be decorated with black olives or a sprig of dill and parsley.

In my notebook I found another fairly simple recipe for a fish fillet dish. However, this time we will take halibut fillet.

So, we need: 650-800 g halibut fillets with skin, 2 cloves garlic, 1-2 sprigs of parsley or basil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, lean oil, freshly ground pepper and salt,

We make fish, just like I told above. Then, each piece of fish salt, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, lightly sprinkle with olive oil and juice, squeezed out of lemon. Let's set aside - let it soak for half an hour at room temperature.

Basil is washed and put on the towel to dry. Garlic crush in garlic. Frying pan heat, pour a spoonful of lean oil. Then we spread garlic on it and fry it lightly. In half a minute, add the basil, and immediately remove the frying pan from the fire.

Put the halibut fillet down on the hot pan. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and place a skillet with fish fillet in it.

After 15-20 minutes, check whether the dish is ready. Baked fish fillets served hot with a garnish of fresh vegetables, well suited also boiled beans, cauliflower or broccoli.
