Sandwiches of pita bread with sausage and bell pepper.

For the preparation of sandwiches you will need the following products:

- 200gr. Boiled sausage

- 2 pcs. Lavash

- mayonnaise

- 1 Bulgarian pepper

- 100 grams of hard cheese

Preparation.

Cheese and cooked sausage gently slice thin plates. Bulgarian pepper thoroughly wash in water, dry and cut into strips. Wrap in mayonnaise-smeared lavash sheets of sausage, pepper and cheese. Prepare sandwiches from pita bread in a microwave or in a frying pan.

Preparation.

After this, finely chop the onion and save it on the same oil. Prepare the sauce for sandwiches: the remainder of the olive oil is mixed with lemon juice, garlic, salt and chopped greens. Next, cut the pita into four parts, pour the sauce and spread on each part a piece of meat and onions. On top of the filling, pour the sauce over again. We fold the pita bread with the envelope and serve it to the table with tomato juice.

Sandwiches made of puff pastry.

To prepare this snack, you will need the following products:

- puff pastry (500gr.)

- pepper (a teaspoon of coarse grind)

- cheese (200 gr.)

- egg

- Pickled cucumbers (150gr.)

- Tomatoes (2 pcs.)

- boiled chicken fillet (300 gr.)

- salt

Preparation.

First grate the cheese and mix it with black pepper. Whisk egg with egg whisk and grease them with puff pastry plates. Dough sprinkle with a piece of grated cheese and put bake in the oven for 15 minutes. At this time, wash the tomatoes well and dry them with a paper towel. Cut tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into slices. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Bake puff pastry plates horizontally cut into two pieces. For one layer of dough, place cucumber, tomato, meat and grated cheese. Top with a second layer of dough. Bake in a hot oven for another 5 minutes (until the cheese melts).
