It is worth noting that such a winter preservative is not necessarily placed in a refrigerator or cellar. After all, it will persist for a long time even in a normal room. However, you should always observe one condition: jars with tomatoes should be only in a dark place.

Tasty marinated tomatoes: recipe for step by step cooking

Required components for workpiece:

  • Sand sugar - at the rate of 2 large spoons per 1 liter of water;
  • Fresh tomatoes ripe - buy at personal discretion;
  • Salt cooked large - 1 large spoonful per 1 liter of water;
  • Apple vinegar - 1/3 faceted glass per 1 liter of water;
  • Garlic fresh, peppercorns, currant leaves, cherries, apple trees, dill umbrellas and other spices - use as desired.

Finally, the glass vessels need to be rolled up and then turned upside down and left to cool for exactly 24 hours.
