  • 250 grams daikon ½ head red onions, a teaspoon of wine vinegar, a pinch of salt, 15-20 grams of vegetable oil, as well as a little ground coriander and red pepper.

The process of preparation is fast enough:

  1. First cleaned radish should be crushed. You will need a small grater or one that is used for Korean carrots. Add the salt to the resulting mass and allow it to stand for a while. After this, the product must be transferred to a sieve so that moisture can drain off.
  2. Finely chopped onions and lightly fry onions (a couple of minutes) in oil.
  3. Ingredients gather in a deep bowl and mix well.

Sour radish

Preparing the sour radish as follows:

  1. First, the vegetable itself needs to be washed, peeled, cut into large cubes and folded into a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, salt, mix well and leave in this position for 30 minutes.
  3. At this time, you can do the preparation of refueling. To do this, the remaining ingredients must be collected together and beaten in a blender.
  4. Pour the cubes of radish dressing, mix, fold in glass jars and put in the refrigerator for 3 days.

While the product is sour, the lid should not be closed too tightly, as during the fermentation air bubbles will be released, forming a foam. After the time, the finished radish can be safely served as a fragrant snack even for the festive table.
