The ventilation systems in most cases have a design that is designed to divert or inject air. Design of the supply chamber

The installation is formed by several functional parts and components that form the frame. The active working elements include: a watering chamber, a section of a heater, a receiving department, a thermal insulation valve, etc. This infrastructure is designed to organize several stages of processing air masses in accordance with the tasks assigned. In addition, the supply chamber is supplied with sections of the air heater, which may also have different designs. In particular, sections with lateral channeling are distributed, with a central bypass output and with a combined diversion line. Each section can have several air heaters. The choice of this or that configuration of the arrangement and arrangement of the sections is ultimately determined both by the requirements for the plant's capacity and by the personnel's requests for maintenance.

Preparing for installation

The preparatory activities consist of several stages, including the foundation and testing of components. The foundation foundation is made according to the type of screed. Usually a 10-centimeter layer of concrete is formed, on which a supply chamber is subsequently installed. Ventilation should be installed only on a level surface - this will determine the quality of the functional parts, among which is the heater installation.

Further, it is necessary to perform the slinging of the sections by the eyes or holes, which are specially designed for this task. Work begins with the installation of the receiving section on the arranged foundation. During installation it is important to take into account the nature of the camera's abutment to the side of the air intake module. Then you can start installing the complex with insulated flaps. Depending on the design of the camera, it may be necessary to mount the adapter before starting this operation. It must be adjusted in advance and adjusted with the calculation of the wall thickness. After that, the installation of the supply chambers goes to the stage of installation of sectional units. The first is usually the heater, and then the irrigation and connection modules. Fixation to the camera is realized by means of complete bolts.

Automation of the camera

Providing cameras with automation systems offers many advantages. The level of such control can be different, but even inexpensive block models allow the integration of systems with a modern set of automation options. In particular, it can be the maintenance of a given temperature regime, monitoring the function of an electric motor, fixing voltage surges and protection against overloads, switching off equipment in case of fire safety signals, etc. Obviously, in order to implement this functionality, the supply chamber must also provide the appropriate control infrastructure. Usually at large production facilities this task is solved by including a supply chamber into the system of a programmable controller, which is also responsible for the operation of other engineering systems.

In most cases, the intake chambers are used as part of the utility supply of industrial facilities. But even in a domestic environment, such a ventilation module may well be useful. Some modifications are quite suitable for operation in technical or business premises, realizing air renewal in accordance with the owner's requests. Another thing is that in this case it would be more likely to use a compact, conventional air camera with a minimum set of functions. These blocks are easier to manage, not to mention the simplification of preventive maintenance. In addition, household models should preferably be equipped with noise reduction systems, since the unit can be accompanied by strong vibrations.
