Chicken roll recipe.

Chicken meat is one of the most popular and available. From it you can cook both very simple dishes and culinary masterpieces. They are all nutritious and tasty. To diversify the menu, we will prepare a chicken roll.

It can be made as a whole carcass, and from individual parts of a chicken or minced meat. Rolls can be cooked or baked in the oven.

Chicken roll recipe from whole chicken.

Bird to wash, dry. Take a sharp knife and make cuts on the brisket, remove the bones from the skin with meat. Lay the meat on the table (board), slightly repel. Prepare it in a frying pan for 40-50 minutes, in a small amount of water. You can serve both hot and cold.

For this roll cut chicken fillets into small pieces. Finely chop the mushrooms, garlic, grate the carrots. In a large cup lay chicken, mushrooms, carrots, garlic, green peas, seasonings. Add dry gelatin, mix well, let stand for several minutes. This chicken-vegetable mixture is packed in a juice box tightly, close. Now we have to weld it. To do this, place the box in a large saucepan with water and cook over low heat for an hour and a half. After that, cool at room temperature, and then in the refrigerator for three or four hours.
