Rice noodles are one of the most popular dishes in China and other countries of Southeast Asia. In addition, salads with rice noodles, as a rule, are sharp, which means, exciting appetite, therefore, you can unnoticeably eat yourself more than planned. But homemade dishes, which include rice noodles, you can safely recommend for those who follow a diet. Only it will be necessary to correct the recipe, eliminating high-calorie supplements or significantly reducing their quantity.

Prepare rice noodles easily, you just need to adhere to certain rules. For example, if the funcus is used for soup, then it must first be soaked for five minutes, and then boil for two minutes. To prepare salads, rice noodles are cooked without pre-soaking for five minutes, and then dosed with cold water. If pucheza is very thin, then it can not be cooked, but simply pour boiling water and let stand for fifteen minutes in a sealed container

Let's prepare a dish called rice noodles with vegetables . We need a packing of feces weighing four hundred and fifty grams and vegetables - tomato (large), cucumber, bell pepper (better red). In addition, you need to take one hundred and fifty grams of ready-made Korean carrots, a little soy sauce, a bunch of greens (ideally coriander, but you can parsley), vegetable oil, salt and seasonings to taste.

Boil the noodles as indicated above. Ready noodles can be cut into shorter pieces, and you can leave it as it is. Vegetables are mine and cut into strips, after removing the seeds from pepper and tomato. Grind the greens. We mix vegetables, greens, ready-made salad from Korean carrots and season our dish with seasonings (coriander seeds are good here or you can take a ready-made set of spices for Korean salads). Add to taste soy sauce and vegetable oil. Let the salad brew for at least an hour and serve it to the table. This dish goes well both as an appetizer and as a side dish to meat.

But how can you cook a hot dish of rice noodles with seafood . We need a seafood cocktail (half-kilogram) pack, packing feces (450 grams), two onions, vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt and seasonings.

We put the sea cocktail in a saucepan, pour boiling water, salt. Bring to a boil and remove from the plate, leaving to infuse under the lid for five minutes, then recline the seafood to a colander.

Onion cut into half rings, we fill with boiling water, and then we pour in flour and fry in vegetable oil. When the onion turns golden, add the prepared sea cocktail to the same frying pan and extinguish all together for about ten minutes. Meanwhile, boil rice noodles and ready to add to the pan with onion and seafood. All mixed, warmed and seasoned with soy sauce and seasonings to taste. Lovers can add crushed garlic. We serve the dish hot with vegetable salad.
