Tiramisu

The famous Italian dessert of cheese and biscuits is called tiramisu. To prepare it we will need:

  1. Two eggs.
  2. Mascarpone (cheese) - 270 g.

  5. Sugar powder - 85 g.
  6. Liqueur coffee - 5 tablespoons.

Mix four spoons of rum with coffee in a large, wide plate. The dishes should be convenient for dipping whole biscuits in it. Spout and eyes can be made from peanuts in chocolate, and instead of needles we'll take the seeds. Of course, we will have to tinker with the decoration of the hedgehog, but the result is worth it. A ready-made dessert of cookies and sour cream should be put on a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

"Monastic hut" without baking

How to cook dessert from cookies? A famous cake can be made quickly and without baking.

Ingredients:

  1. Sour cream (better than fat, 30%) - 0.5 liters.
  2. Powdered sugar - 120 g.
  3. A glass of peeled walnuts.
  4. A glass of milk.

In the pastry shops you can buy cookies in the form of crispy tubules with fruit filling. For the cake cherry will suit us. It will be enough and three hundred grams. Heat the milk and soak in it for five minutes. If this is not done, the cookies will remain firm and poorly impregnated with cream.

First, prepare the cream. We mix sugar and eggs and we'll blow it. We add starch and flour. Then gradually introduce milk without stopping to whip.

Now the cream for the cake can be put on the fire. Do not forget to constantly stir it. The mass must be brought to a boil, then add the oil and mix everything. The finished cream is covered with a film and put to cool.

Now, take the dish for the cake and start to lay out the cookies on it, first dabbing it in the cream. Having made one layer, we still lubricate the ears with a creamy mass on top. Next, continue to lay out the cookie layer by layer. Ready cake is spread on all sides with cream. And on the top you can sprinkle a dessert from the "ears". Now the cake can be sent to the refrigerator to soak it.

Raspberry dessert: ingredients

Ingredients:

  1. Oatmeal cookies - 350 g.
  2. Sour cream - 220 g.
  3. Cottage cheese - 0,5 kg.
  4. Raspberry - 0,5 kg.
  5. Pack of butter.
  6. Sugar - 150 g.
  7. Vanillin.
  8. Water - 320 ml.
  9. Gelatin - 30 g.

Preparation of raspberry cake

The gelatin is divided into two parts. In one dish we put twenty grams, and in another - ten. Fill all with cold water. Gelatine should swell.

Next, use a blender and use it to mix the butter with oatmeal cookies. Take the split form and cover it with parchment. At the bottom put the cookies and level the surface. Let's freeze in the freezer.

Then blender sbem sour cream, sugar, raspberries, vanilla. Twenty grams of prepared swollen gelatin is soluble in a water bath and free into the curd mass.

Once again, we'll blender everything. Gelatin must mix well. Take out the form from the freezer and pour into it half of the curd mass. We will lay out a part of a raspberry, then we will fill the remained cottage cheese mass. Surface level and send everything into the freezer for at least half an hour.

Take the saucepan and put in it a hundred grams of raspberries, add four teaspoons of sugar, water (300 ml). Compote bring to a boil, then turn off and let cool. Slightly warm compote filter. Add it dissolved in a water bath gelatin (10 grams), all mixed.

The form is taken from the freezer, we spread out the image of raspberries and fill it with a very thin layer of gelatin. We send the cake to the freezer (for twenty minutes). Then pour the remainder of the jelly. And again, the form is put in the refrigerator for about six hours, and you can leave it there for the whole night. When the cake is cold, we remove the side, put the dessert on the dish.

Cake of cottage cheese with biscuits

Ingredients:

  1. Cottage cheese - 0,5 kg.
  2. Cookies - 30 pcs.
  3. Sugar - 4 tbsp. L.
  4. Oil is ¼ pack.
  5. Sour cream - 5 tbsp. L.
  6. Vanilla.
  7. A glass of coffee.
  8. Condensed milk - 2 tbsp. L.
  9. Chocolate glaze.
  10. Fruits (orange, cherry).
