Cake from cottage cheese. How to cook it?

Could cakes and cakes, waiting for their customers on supermarket shelves, compare with home-made cakes? The answer is unequivocal - they can not! Any hostess prepares a home-made cake with special warmth, tries to use only quality ingredients, make it the most delicious and attractive. Most importantly, you can show imagination here! And what if you make a cake of cottage cheese? This is not ordinary and even original. What recipes can you try?

Cake with cottage cheese and jelly

Dough. Two eggs are combined with a third glass of sugar and a third small spoonful of salt. Mix the ingredients with a mixer or blender until the foam forms. Now put half a cup of flour, a bag of baking powder and a large spoonful of cocoa. Mix again with a mixer.

Form for baking cover with parchment paper, pour the dough into it and bake for no more than half an hour.

Cream. Pour into a saucepan 200 ml. Cream, put on a very slow fire, add cream to the cracked tile of white chocolate, bring the mass to a thickening, always stirring constantly. Do not bring to boiling.

In the meantime, you need to soak 10 grams of gelatin in a quarter of a glass of water, put the mass on the fire until the gelatin is completely dissolved in the water and immediately removed from the plate.

Now, in a separate cup, whip 600 grams of cottage cheese along with chocolate melted in cream. Do not stop whipping, gradually introduce gelatin, bring to a foamy state. The cream is ready.

Formation. The baked cake is taken out of the mold and divided along into two parts. In the form put food film (so that the cake of curd could be easier to get), one of the skin to return to the form, put half of the filling on it, cover with a second cake and again lubricate with cream. It remains only to remove the cake from the cottage cheese in the refrigerator soaked for 5 to 6 hours, and it is better to do it at night. Before serving, decorate with fresh fruit.

Cake "Broken glass" with cottage cheese

Dough (biscuit). Three eggs to beat well with a glass of sugar, add a glass of flour, a bag of baking powder and two tablespoons of cocoa powder. Mix everything and bake in any form for half an hour.

Cream. First, two bags of gelatin soak for a few minutes in cold water (a quarter of a glass), then put in the microwave at the highest power for 50 seconds.

Mix two cups of the fatty sour cream with two cups of cottage cheese. Get a creamy mass, take a couple of spoons and mix it with gelatin, and now, again, continue to whisk and pour gelatin into the cream with a thin trickle.

Formation. Any desired form of lightly sprinkle with vegetable oil and pour a little cream. Now you need to take three packages of ready-made jelly, weighing not more than 100 grams each, preferably multicolored, ideally, red, yellow and green. Cut the jelly and already cooked biscuit cubes.

Cubes randomly fall asleep in the mold layers, each of which is filled with cream. Remove the cake in the refrigerator to freeze for about five hours.

Cake from cottage cheese "Snow White"

Dough. Mix two eggs, half a glass of sugar, two glasses of flour, 100 grams of butter or margarine (pre-melted) and half a spoonful of soda. Mix everything and put it in a frying pan or pan.

Filling. Beat two yolks, a quarter of a glass of sugar and 150 grams of your. The resulting filling is flattened into a mold on the dough and baked for 25 minutes.

In the meantime, whip four yolks with a glass of sugar in a good thick foam. At the end of the required time, take the cake out of the oven and put a froth on top of it. Put it back in the oven until the crust blushes. The cake is ready!

Cakes made from cottage cheese are very delicate and will certainly impress guests and household members.
