"What does the story have to do with it?" -- you ask. Everything is simple enough! If it were not for the story, you would hardly have read about the recipe of the dumplings on kefir.

Use deep dishes to mix dough. Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins. Whisk the proteins with salt and 50 gr. Sugar to a lush and thick foam. Then rub the egg yolks with the remaining 50 gr. Sahara. Gently pour the yolks into the whites, constantly stirring with a wooden spatula. Pour the yogurt into a deep bowl or pot, and add the baking powder for the dough. By the way, baking powder you can cook yourself. Mix soda food 5 gr., Citric acid 3 gr. And 10 gr. Starch or flour. The baking powder is ready.

Now in a container with egg mass also gently pour in kefir and mix. The flour needs to be sifted. Sifted. Add vanilla sugar to the flour and gently, gradually stirring constantly, we introduce flour into the previously prepared egg-kefir mass. When the dough becomes thick enough, continue to knead it with your hands. The dough should be soft and supple, but it should not stick to the hands. It remains to work very little. Divide the resulting dough into small portions and roll the slightly flattened balls. Be sure to make a hole in the middle of each puff. What for? And according to the old Russian tradition, a hole is always made in the puffs, otherwise it will not be a puff, but rather something similar to a donut. Frying. Take the frying pan deeper. Oils need quite a lot. To make the lobster on kefir thoroughly fried and turned golden, it is necessary that they are half-closed with oil. Fry the puffs on both sides. Spread our yummy first on a paper towel (it will absorb excess oil), and then on a large dish.

This wonderful dessert is served for tea. You can sprinkle powder with sugar powder, you can dab them in melted chocolate and chopped nuts, sprinkle with a bright confectioner's powder. This is the business of your imagination!

The recipe for lavish pancakes on kefir is very simple. And cooking will take quite a bit of time. Ingredients are almost the same as for pyshek: kefir 1/2 liter, chicken egg 4 pcs, granulated sugar 50 g. (The less sugar will be, the more pancakes will be used during cooking), 2.5 glasses of flour, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of soda (without a slide), 15 gr. Baking powder.

It's simple. Mix eggs, kefir, salt and sugar. Stir well and gradually add flour. And where is the soda and baking powder? They are added at the very end, when the dough is almost ready. It depends on this, how lush pancakes will turn out.

Just like when frying pyshek, you need a large amount of oil. Only fry fluffy fritters should be under the lid. Fry from two sides, lay out on the dish. Serve the pancakes with aromatic tea with honey. Teach and enjoy!
