After that, the fat, cut into thin slices, is spread over the roll and fixed with a thread. Fry the roll from all sides in a frying pan. To do this, use ghee. We put it in the form and bake it in the oven. In half an hour, add white wine and broth. We cook another 30 minutes. The liquid must partially evaporate. We serve on the table, cut into portions and watering sour cream.
