The main ingredient of the sauce is natural Greek yoghurt. It is unsweetened and very thick. In the Russian market, Greek yoghurt, of course, is not represented. Therefore, you can use when cooking sauce with sour cream fat content of 20%. And it is even better to mix it with cottage cheese. But also you can prepare yogurt yourself. Take the cow or goat milk (800 ml), the ferment (130 ml). Heat the milk up to 40 degrees. Then dilute the leaven in it. Cover the dishes with a lid and wrap them with a towel. After eight hours, yogurt will "ripen" (it will acquire the necessary consistency). Dzhaziki are served on the table as an independent dish in deep containers. You can decorate with olives or olives.   • Natural yogurt (200 grams);

  • Apple cider vinegar (5 grams);
  • Black pepper powder;
  • One trout;
  • Red onions - 1 piece;
  • Clove of garlic;
  • Salt (5 grams).

Cooking process

Take trout, wash. Cut into pieces (according to your taste). Pepper and salt them. Take the dishes for baking. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put on for twenty minutes. While the fish is languishing, let's make the sauce. Mix yoghurt and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. We take the red onions, peel off the husk and chop it up finely. Dill the dill and garlic. Add all these ingredients to the bowl. Salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly and put in the refrigerator. As soon as the time runs out, we take out the fish. Let's cool down a little. We make a dish.
