What is the difference between the classic recipe of Hercules porridge from, for example, all the famous English oatmeal?

The English recipe for Herculean porridge suggests, first, a slightly different proportion: 1 glass of cereal per 1.5 cups of milk. Flakes in the evening are filled with milk, salt, and left under the lid for 20 minutes. Then you need to put the pan on a slow fire, and cook the porridge for 15 minutes, after boiling. Leave the mess for the night, and warm it in the morning. Regardless of whether sweet or salty is porridge, before serving add sour cream, or cold milk.
