How to cook a mannik on milk and yogurt

Of course, mannik is difficult to attribute to festive dishes. But it is perfect for a wonderful family breakfast on a day off. It is not difficult to cook it, but its magic fragrance will cheer up the whole family in the morning.

So, how to cook a mannik?

It will take half a liter of kefir, two glasses of mango, soda, sugar, eggs and butter. Manku is poured with kefir, add a teaspoon of soda (without a slide) and mix everything. Give to brew for 30-90 minutes - the more, the better. A cup for dough is better to take with a reserve, since the mango with yogurt during this time will rise by about a third. When the time comes out and the croup becomes soft, add the remaining ingredients - half a glass of sugar, a couple of eggs, half a cup of butter. The oil softens a little, but does not stoke. Let it better be small lumps. All mixed and poured onto a prepared baking tray or into a baking dish. The dough spreads well, so the shape can be taken with a drawing - such a pie will look very nice on the table. Before cooking mannik, the oven is heated to 180-200 degrees and put it there. Prepare for a golden crust, about half an hour.

You can cook mannik not only on yogurt, but also on cottage cheese. It turns out more dense, similar to curd dessert.

Before cooking mannik, you need to prepare food - a pack of cottage cheese, half a cup of yogurt, a glass of flour and manga, three eggs and a baking powder, dried fruits or nuts to taste.

The groats are poured with kefir in a deep bowl, add eggs and sugar to it. All mixed and left for half an hour. Then, in the swollen croup add dried fruits, cut into small pieces, cottage cheese, flour and baking powder. Before the oven mannik, the form is oiled and sprinkled with croup, and then poured into it ready-made dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

If there is no time for cooking, you can cook mannik according to a simplified recipe.

It will take: 1 glass of mango, sour cream, sugar and flour, 4 eggs, a pinch of vanillin, a third of a teaspoon of soda and a tablespoon of poppy. Munk is mixed with sour cream and left to impregnate for 5 minutes. Add eggs, a glass of sugar and whisk the resulting mass. Cover with soda, vanillin, poppy and mix again. Before cooking mannik, the baking dish is warmed up a little and smeared with a piece of butter. Pour the dough into it and put it in the oven at the minimum temperature.

Mannick can be cooked not only on kefir, but also on milk. The recipe is quite simple and does not require much time and effort.

Flour, semolina, sugar and milk are taken in equal parts - 1 glass each. In addition, you need a third of a glass of vegetable oil, a couple of eggs, cocoa butter - 20 gr., A baking powder and a pinch of vanillin.

Eggs are ground with sugar, vegetable oil is added and mixed again. Milk is heated and melted in it cocoa butter. Connect the eggs and milk, add the mango and leave for 20 minutes. Then the flour is mixed with the baking powder and combined with the swollen croup. The dough is carefully kneaded and poured into a baking dish. Bake on medium heat until cooked.

Instead of cocoa butter in this recipe, you can use cocoa powder. In this case, it is mixed with flour, and not dissolved in milk.

At least tasty is manicured on sour milk with an apple.

For cooking, you need a glass of sour milk and mango, egg, apple, soda, vanillin and vegetable oil.

Before cooking mannik, pour the croup with milk and leave for half an hour. At this time, the apple is cleaned and cut into thin slices, and spread them on a greased baking dish. When the mancha swells, an egg, a fourth of a glass of sugar, 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, vanillin and soda are added to it. Stir and pour the mixture of apple slices. Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
