Alternative to fast food: a loaf baked with cheese and garlic

In life, everything happens: unexpected guests unexpectedly arrived (relatives arrived without warning); You were detained at work, and you did not have time to make dinner; It is necessary to take something with nature that would be convenient to eat; There is no time or no strength to think about something for breakfast ... Sandwiches have bothered, and in some cases they will not save the situation. And then the great recipe comes to the rescue: a loaf baked with cheese and garlic.

Quickly and keenly

We will not assure (following the example of many TV presenters) that nothing will be needed to prepare this dish. Of an absolutely empty refrigerator, cheese, for example, you will not get. But the "overstocked" 24 ingredients will not be needed. Moreover, a loaf baked with cheese and garlic, ideally should be yesterday, that is, a little dried up - it is more convenient to cut it. Initially, it was assumed that the bakery product should be a French baguette, but our culinary experts were convinced that the snack is made more delicious from the usual loaf, only it is desirable to choose it with transverse bulges.

In addition to the bread base itself, 100 g of butter (fatty creamy) and cheese (necessarily firm), garlic in the amount of a couple of denticles and greens - what you like or which one you will need.

A fascinating process of cooking

To make a loaf with garlic and cheese, which is convenient to eat, first of all, you need to cut the bread properly. She cuts her knife diagonally (if there are transverse cuts made yet in the bakery, then along them), and it is important not to cut the product to the end - it should remain conditionally whole. Garlic chokes, cheese, of course, rubs, the greens are crushed. All this is rubbed off with oil (it is better to get it first from the refrigerator to soften, but never to warm on the stove). In the cuts you have to carefully insert the received mass and make a douche so that the loaf is as if whole. Then it is wrapped in foil and sent to a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

After that, it remains to expand the package and leave it for another five minutes to brown. It is done!

Variants of filing

Naturally, eating a loaf baked with cheese and garlic is completely impossible. So it will have to be cut. And how - it's already a matter of taste. You can bring the cuts to the end - and get hot sandwiches. And you can, if there is a sharp enough and thin knife, cut between them, then the filling will be like in the envelope. This method is very convenient if you are going to nature.

By the way, the cut loaf does not lose its attractiveness and the next day - heated in a microwave oven, it will serve as a quick and tasty breakfast.

Almost lunch

If you slightly modernize the previous loaf baked with cheese and garlic, you can get a full-fledged dish, which can eat even a man doing sports or working physically. To do this, you need to fill the filling with 200 g of ham (sausage, bacon, lard - to whom what to taste, only the latter is better to take less, but it will turn out too fat). And for the sake of juiciness and vitaminization of the product, you can add 2-3 small tomatoes, which must be cut or slices, or circles. All the rest - according to the previous recipe, only in each incision, in addition to the cheese mass, another meat component and a slice of tomato are invested. And you want - add a twig of green, too bad!

Such a baked loaf is good both in hot and cold. But if you used fat in the filling, you need to warm up the "lunch".

Fantasize

If you liked the idea, you can start experimenting with snacks. It is clear that a loaf baked with cheese and garlic (the recipe can be supplemented with greens or vegetables) is tasty, but not always appropriate. For example, it is unlikely that you will prepare such a dish for breakfast before work (well, or before meeting with a passion). Lovers of snacks and quick culinary solutions have already enriched the world with different options. So, a very appetizing version, in which the roll is stuffed with meat and mushrooms. True, because the filling turns out a lot, a sandwich loaf here will not work - you have to take out the crumb. As a result, we have the likeness of a boat, into which we add all the goodies. And they include 200 grams of meat (any), 100 g of mushrooms (better, of course, champignons), the same amount of bacon, half a glass of cream, tomatoes and mayonnaise - all in addition to the ingredients already mentioned.

Bacon and meat are fried together with onions and champignons, the crumb is soaked in cream, then everything mixes. The resulting stuffing fits lovingly into the "boat", on top - tomatoes, and then you need to spread mayonnaise. Unlike previous recipes, this loaf is not wrapped in foil - it is placed in the oven right so. The oven should be about 20 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and again in the oven, until you get a ruddy cheese crust - this will be a sign of readiness.

Of course, this is not so fast dish, and the food will need much more. But we are already talking about the peaks that can be achieved by baking a regular loaf!
