Among other things, banana and cottage cheese can make the most delicious any pastries. Cottage cheese and banana cake, cooked with the addition of these two ingredients, is very tasty and useful. We present several options for the preparation of this delicate and fragrant dessert.

Delicious curd cakes in silicone molds with banana

Cottage cheese and a banana are considered as an almost perfect combination of products necessary for the preparation of useful cupcakes. Such baking perfectly satisfies hunger and quickly replenishes the energy balance, which means it is great for people who watch their weight, and for athletes. The best option is to prepare cottage cheese muffins in silicone molds, since it is convenient to take this product with you on the road or on a workout as a snack.

Step-by-step preparation of cupcakes is as follows:

  1. Eggs large (4 pcs.) Are beaten with a mixer with sugar (120 g) and vanillin.
  2. Pre-melted butter (margarine) is added in an amount of about 100 g.
  3. Fat curd (12-15%) in the amount of 200 g is rubbed with a fork until a homogeneous consistency without lumps.
  4. Bananas of medium size (2 pieces) are peeled, cut into small cubes and mixed with the curd mass.
  5. Egg-oil and curd-banana masses are combined and mixed together. Flour (220 g) and 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder are added.
  6. The dough is laid out in silicone molds, after which the cupcakes are sent to the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Since the muffins are soft and tender enough, it is desirable to extract the baking from the molds after cooling.

Cake recipe with cottage cheese and banana on yogurt

Cottage cheese and banana cake on kefir is prepared in this order:

  1. First of all, prepare mashed potatoes from ripe, even overripe, bananas (2 pcs.).
  2. Put the prepared mashed potatoes in a bowl, 2 eggs, soft butter (130 g), a glass of sugar. Beat the ingredients for a minute. Pour kefir (100 ml), then add flour (225 g) and soda (0.5 tsp).
  3. Put the dough in a greased form and send it to the oven for about 60 minutes (or until a dry toothpick).
  4. Prepare cream based on cream cheese (125 g), powder (1 item), soft oil (50 g) and cream with 20% fat (50 ml).
  5. On a cold cupcake put cream on the basis of cream cheese. At will, it can be decorated with banana slices from above, and so that they do not darken, every bit must be moistened with lemon juice.

How to prepare a curd-banana cupcake in a multivariate

Cupcake according to the recipe below is very convenient to cook not in the oven, but in a multivark. It is baked only 50 minutes, and to taste it turns out not worse (or even better) than in the oven.

The curd-banana cupcake is prepared in this sequence according to this recipe:

1. Proteins of eggs (3 pieces) are separated from the yolks and beaten with sugar (200 g) into the foam.

No less tasty pastries can be cooked in a bread maker. Curd-banana cake in the bread maker is done in this order:

  1. First, the beaten eggs are loaded into the bowl (3 pieces), 100 g of butter and curd mass (200 g).
  2. Topped with flour (2 tablespoons) and added soda vinegar (1½ teaspoons) extinguished.

To prepare low-calorie diet cupcakes, cottage cheese and banana (150 g each) are grinded with a fork or spoon to a homogeneous consistency. However, you can use a blender or a mixer. In the prepared curd-banana mass, add semolina (3 tablespoons) and ground oat flakes (1 tablespoon). Then the dough for the cupcakes is carefully kneaded and distributed into molds. Muffins are baked for about 20 minutes. For browning before going to the oven, they can be greased with low-fat sour cream or yoghurt.

Curd and banana muffins with kiwi

Another recipe for very tasty muffins, which can also be baked in silicone molds and served portion by piece. For their preparation, in addition to the banana, kiwi is used. Fruits are pre-cleaned from the peel and cut into small cubes. In general, preparing a cupcake is not difficult.

For 10 small cupcakes it will be necessary to whip the curd with a mixer (180 g) and butter (65 g). In a separate bowl, also whip sugar (120 g) and 2 eggs. Connect the two whipped masses together. Then add baking powder and vanillin (1 teaspoon), as well as sifted flour (120 g). Dough carefully knead and combine with pre-cut fruits.

Prepared mass decomposed into molds and sent to a preheated to 190 degrees oven for 30 minutes. But you can cook not small, but one big cupcake. Curd-banana cake in this case will hold in the oven for 15 minutes longer. Its readiness can be confirmed by a dry toothpick.
