Ingredients: four eggs, honey (20 g), soy sauce (50 grams), rice vinegar (10 grams), water or broth (100 grams), cornstarch (dessert spoon) and a little sugar.

First we make sauce for sushi: mix honey, half water, ½ soy sauce and rice vinegar. Warm the mixture until the honey dissolves. In a separate bowl, dilute the cornstarch with two tablespoons of water and pour it into the sauce. Warm up a little, so that the liquid becomes thick, and remove from the plate.

Make the dough: beat the eggs with the remaining water, sugar and soy sauce. We pour out the ladle into the frying pan and cook the pancake, when it is fried, it needs to be rolled into a roll and left on the edge of the pan. Pour the next portion of the dough, wait until the pancake seizes and turn off again - so continue until the end of the blend. Ingredients:

Transfer the washed rice into a saucepan, pour a little water to lightly cover the rump. Then add a piece of seaweed, cover with a lid and let it boil. We remove the alga (kombu) and leave the rice cook for 20 minutes, until all the water completely evaporates. Mix rice vinegar, salt and sugar, pour sauce boiled rice.

We prepare the filling: in thin strips we cut cucumber, salmon and cheese. We take a rug, we cover it with a film, and from above we put nori.
