1. First you need to rinse the rump. Pour the barley into a bowl and pour cold water. Drain the liquid. We repeat this way 2-3 times. Then you need to fill the pearl barrel with boiling water and leave it for 25 minutes.

2. Clean the onions and carrots. We grind them. Onions can be cut into cubes, and carrots can be cut into strips.

3. Turn on the multivark. At the bottom of the bowl we spread the fat from the stew. We add crushed vegetables, cherry tomatoes, cut into rings. All this is fried in the "Soup" mode.

4. Take a bowl with a wetted barley, drain the liquid. We send groats to the bowl and stew. Mix the ingredients. Fill with water (4 multi-glass). Salt and sprinkle with spices.

Ingredients:

  • One carrot;
  • 200 g of pork;
  • 2 multi-cups of pearl barley;

  • vegetable oil;

Practical part:

1. Flush the rump in cool water. We repeat several times. Water should become transparent. Pearl barley should be soaked for a while. Just pour it with cold water.

2. We begin to process vegetables. We wash carrots, clean and grind them on a grater. We remove the husks from the onions, and cut the flesh into cubes.

3. Now we deal with meat. Pork needs to be washed, dried with a paper towel and cut into cubes.

4. Turn on the multivark Redmond. Lubricate the bottom of the bowl with oil. We lay out pieces of meat. We start the "Frying" mode for 7 minutes. Stir pork.

5. Add the vegetables. Set the timer for 10 minutes in the same mode.

6. After the sound signal, we send a bowl to the bowl. Fill with water and salt. You can add chopped garlic and favorite spices. Mix the ingredients.

7. We transfer the device to the "Groat" mode for 45 minutes. After this time, the porridge with pearl bar and meat will be ready for use.
