If you use grape juice, then the procedure for creating a syrup does not change at all - just in this case you will eventually get a more intense taste of the ready-made jam. Ready to syrup you need to cool a little, then pour them grapes.

Now berries with syrup should be cooked on medium heat. Your goal is to wait for the moment when the berries settle on the bottom of the dishes - this will mean that the grape jam is already ready and it can either be spread over sterilized jars or cooled and eat.
