Even people who do not consider themselves gourmets are unlikely to refuse to finish dinner with something sweet. And for children such a completion is almost necessary. And if in the summer ice cream, cold drinks and various jellies are especially popular, then hot desserts come to the fore with a cooling. Even if they are eaten in a slightly chilled form. And they warm, and saturate, and sweet taste receptors.

Ingredients of hot desserts can be very different. Often for sweets used a variety of fruits - and such desserts are considered the most harmless for the body. There are also more dainty delicacies like cakes. In general, every sweet tooth will find in this abundance something to your liking and stomach.

"Banana Paradise"

Bananas are already tasty, on their own. But more interesting are hot desserts with their participation. And for them, even fruit that has lost its presentable appearance is suitable.

Bananas are cleaned and cut. Fragments should not be too small to not break up during cooking. The big banana is cut no more than into four parts. In a large bowl or bowl, a small spoonful of vanillin and a quarter tablespoon of dark rum are combined. On the frying pan, six spoons are melted (enough for four bananas). In the oil, half a spoonful of cane sugar and a little cinnamon are mixed. In this mixture, the bananas are toasted for half a minute on each side. Ready fruit mixed with vanilla rum and immediately eaten.

"Apple pleasure"

Even more popular is the preparation of hot desserts from always available apples. Even simply baked in the oven, they already cause salivation. And if you add a few nice extras, then even an ascetic will tempt you.

Cleaned and slenderly cut a kilogram of apples with dense flesh. Especially good for baking Cortland and Gala. However, others will also give a good result. Apple pieces are mixed well with the juice of a large lemon, two spoons of cinnamon and a third glass of sugar (it is better to prefer reed again). "Glaze" should cover each piece. The mold is placed in an oven, the temperature of which is brought to 200 0 Celsius. The dessert is baked for half an hour with periodic stirring.

Fruit Happiness

Of the fruits can be constructed and complex hot desserts. And you will not have to work hard: the cooking process is still not too complicated.

Four large pears are well washed and slightly dried. With a knife, each cuts out the middle. One hundred grams dried apricots, washed and sliced, mixed with the same amount of raisins (take the one that is pitted). This mixture is filled with pears and folded into a bag for baking. It is placed in an oven with a temperature of 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour. Then the dessert is taken out of the package, watered with caramel sauce or any syrup and served home sweet tooth.

However, hot desserts can also be made from fruit. If you appreciated the Swiss cheese fondue, it means that you have already acquired a device for cooking it - a fondue. If you do not have it, any thick-walled vessel will do. In it, on the quietest fire melted chocolate, black or white - if desired. It can be flavored with spices: cinnamon, vanilla and even cloves. And then they take tiny buns, dip into the resulting "sauce" and eat with great pleasure.

Crumble with apples: recipe

Charlottes and other apple pies bakes, probably every housewife. But few know about the crumble. Meanwhile, the recipe deserves the closest attention: this dessert is very similar to a pie, only consists of crumbs and has a unique taste. In addition, traditional pies are sometimes more complex than crumbles with apples. The recipe requires primarily caramelized fruit. For this kilogram of apples is peeled from the peel and seeds, after which it is cut by medium cubes. In a deep frying pan, half a pack of butter melts (100 grams). It mixes about half a glass of sugar (150 grams), a spoonful of cinnamon and a half - ground Muscat. The apple cube is poured into the vessel and, with continuous stirring, is covered with syrup for about ten minutes.

Now the second component is a baby. Well-cooled butter (the remaining half-packs) finely chopped and rubbed with half a glass of flour. Then sugar and almond flour are introduced - half a cup. Rubbing is repeated until all the dough becomes like bread crumbs, and large formations do not break.

The baking dish is richly greased with butter and lightly sprinkled with flour. In it are caramelized apples; The formed liquid pours out too. From above, this joy is sprinkled with crumbs, and the surface is neatly leveled. Sometimes it seems that there is a lot of test, but this is a deceptive impression. The mold is placed in the oven for 45 minutes (or until the crumbles are gilded).

Pudding is delicious

It is these desserts that the UK is famous for. The most traditional among all the abundance is the milk pudding. Among our hostesses there was an opinion that it is very difficult to prepare puddings. However, everything in this world is surmountable. As it turns out, to build a pudding on the strength of not only English women. The teaspoon of gelatin is soaked and left for swelling. The two yolks are persistently beaten and mixed in half a glass of milk, along with two tablespoons of starch.

The milk left from a half-liter package is poured into a saucepan, sugar (two spoons), swollen gelatin and vanilla are added. The mixture is heated very quietly, until everything dissolves. Then the last mixture (milk / starch / yolks) is poured in, and the base is cooked for a couple of minutes, with a slow but constant stirring. Then the milk pudding is poured into molds, covered (for example, with food film) and placed for an hour or two in the refrigerator. Before serving, give it topped with grated chocolate, coconut chips or crushed nuts. And you can pour jam or honey.

"Buchti"

In Bulgaria, too, like hot desserts. And the most popular - "bays", delicious curd donuts. And their children love to eat, and their mothers to cook: they make bays very simply. A pack of cottage cheese is mixed with a glass of flour, a spoonful of soda and three eggs. Cottage cheese is better to take not granular or to wipe it through a sieve. A large amount of lean oil is heated in a deep bowl or saucepan. The mass is spooned and dropped into the deep-fryer. The bay is very quick. As they become beautiful brown, they are removed and put on a napkin to remove oil. And for more delicious donuts either sprinkled with powdered sugar, or dipped in hot syrup or melted chocolate.
