Mushrooms, cheese, fresh vegetables are often taken. The liver is previously passed through a meat grinder, it is added chopped onions, a small amount of crumb of a loaf soaked in milk, an egg. The resulting stuffing should be quite thick, otherwise a little flour is reported. The mass is laid out on the foil, the top is placed on the filling, neatly from the edges, everything rolls into a roll. This dish is placed in the oven for 40 minutes.
