The dish is made very easy and simple. To do this, you only need to purchase the following components:

  • Pork and beef - 300 g each;

Preparation of stuffing

Before you bake a roll of puff pastry with minced meat and potatoes, you should carefully prepare the filling for it.

Cooking stuffing

Then the resulting mince is salted and peppered, then spread into a frying pan with oil and lightly fried (until ruddy). After that, the product is removed from the plate and cooled.

Also round-grain rice is separately boiled. He is sorted, washed and put into salty boiling water. Brew the croup preferably before half-prepared, that is, about 10 minutes.

As for chicken eggs, they are boiled hard, and then shredded with medium cubes.

After all the ingredients have been heat treated, they are combined in one bowl. Adding boiled rice and eggs to roasted stuffing, they are thoroughly mixed.

How to form and bake in the oven?

The meatloaf is shaped like the previous one. To do this, the melted puff pastry is rolled into a layer, and then the whole filling is distributed over it. Further minced meat with rice and egg tightly folded into a roll and transferred to an oiled ovens. In this form, the product is baked at a temperature of 195 degrees for about 30 minutes.

After a while, all the puff pastry should be fully prepared. With regard to the filling, it has already been thermally treated.

We serve to the dinner table

Meatloaf, made from puff pastry, is much tastier, if it is used hot. Therefore, to serve such a product to the family table should be immediately after baking in the oven. It is neatly laid out on a plate, after which it is cut into small portions.

You can use this dish in many ways. Someone eats it as a snack, and someone does a roll to get a hearty full dinner. Also it should be noted that some housewives submit such a product to the table together with sweet strong tea.
