What you need: potatoes (1 kilogram), hake fillets (800 grams), hard cheese (300 grams), fat milk (just over half a glass), butter (not spread) - at least 50 grams, vegetable oil 5 tablespoons, Salt, pepper, ginger ground, greens to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. We clean and put the potatoes.

  2. Meanwhile, washing and drying fish, cut into thin strips, we savor salt and spices. Strain it for 10 minutes.

  3. We make mashed potatoes with the addition of milk, ginger and butter. There we add finely chopped greens.

  4. Lubricate the baking sheet or the form with oil (it is better to do this with a special brush made of silicone). And layers lay out the constituent dishes. The first and third layers are fish. The second and fourth are mashed potatoes. We cover the top with cheese, grated. All this is baked in the oven, heated to 180 degrees (readiness indicator - golden cheese crust). As a rule, the preparedness of the dish reaches in 20, at most 25 minutes.
