Exotics. Sandwiches with kiwi and garlic

You can argue long and contagiously about the rules and proprieties in cooking, about the combination of these or other products. To argue about tastes is generally not a grateful occupation. Moreover, for someone the combination of carrots and cabbage in a salad is inedible, but fat in chocolate is a good dessert. However, the individuality must manifest itself in taste preferences, even if strange. For the body it is useful sometimes to go off the familiar track and learn something new. For example, a new combination of flavors.

Sandwiches with kiwi and garlic - a pretty original snack, I must tell you. Often such combinations of products, which, at first glance, can not be well harmonized, amaze with their palate. Just do not immediately rush into experiments and mix milk and cucumbers. First you need to understand why such unlike products like blue cheese and chocolate are perfectly combined in a cheese cake. And everything is simple. In order to understand the cooking, you need to have knowledge in chemistry, biology and physics. But for reference, you can remember the following: "the closer to each other substances in their chemical composition, the better they are combined."

Kiwi fruit is delicious, but not sweet, but with sourness and a battalion of vitamins. Its combination with a sharp smell and a sharp taste of garlic may not be all to taste. Sandwiches with kiwi, like a snack for beer, will work fine (especially if the spouse is hard to force to eat fruit for nothing). But if you want to surprise the guests, I advise you to make a snack a few kinds of exotic sandwiches or, as I call them, "Exotic".

Cheese or oil must be mixed with garlic, which is blended through a garlic press, and add a few spices such as black pepper, dried fennel or parsley. Greens can be used fresh, or buy cheese with some filler. This is at the discretion of the hostess.

In this recipe, bread contains mayonnaise, hard cheese, garlic, crab meat and kiwi. Finely cut the crab meat. You can even sharpen it with a knife for accuracy. Three cheese on a small grater and crush the garlic. Mix crabs, garlic and mayonnaise cheese.
